My mother and I have been working with Crystal for months on getting my family our very first home. We’re leaving the hustle and bustle of the DFW area and coming to Mississippi for a new start in life and Mom is coming too. Since my husband’s income is hard to prove and we have less than stellar credit, my beautiful angel of a mother helped us buy our home. We came here in October and I fell in love with a used home and Crystal made it happen through all the ups and downs of finding the right property, etc. We just came back this weekend for closing and we’re waiting anxiously for the pad and delivery now! Lisa is hilarious and her and Crystal make you feel like family. We can’t wait to call Mississippi home hopefully really really soon!

The process that we had to go through to buy a home was long and was stressful, but Brittney made it worthwhile even when I wanted to take the easy way out Brittney kept me looking at the positive side of owning my own home. I really love that they took she took time to work with us and help us understand anything that we did not understand. I really enjoyed working with her and I feel that if you are looking for a home to go to her because she will work with you until the end and get you what you want.

Supposedly, upper management has been made aware of this situation. We have not received any calls or contact from Spartan about this. And honestly, we don’t have any confidence we will.At this point, we are seriously concerned we’ve been victims of fraud and theft.My experience with Spartan has been a phenomenal failure with one lie after another. For full transparency, I was a customer of the Lake Charles, Louisiana Spartan - but after closing on our house August 11, Denise and Andrew Loraditch closed and pulled up shop without so much as a screw you. I had to call Kabco just to get answers about my house because there was no longer a Spartan of Lake Charles to contact. But Denise works at this location now, so this is where I am leaving my review.We were told our home was ordered on August 2, we closed August 11 and asked about the order status of our home. We were given a vague, non-answer (the first of MANY), only to be later informed that it hadn’t been ordered - by this time it was late August - with the guarantee the order was being submitted that day.Considering we were told it takes about six weeks to build a new home, and our home was finished in late October - it was likely not ordered until September.It is now November 13, and I’m still not living in my home. We were told the home would be off the line October 18. Our home was delivered October 26, but the tape out has not been done - no repairs.Now, we’re being told that won’t happen until “within a 10 day time frame after Thanksgiving”. Again, we CLOSED August 11.Based on the experience we’ve had so far, we have no reason to believe there will be any crews, any repairs, or any progress by December 8.I would recommend staying as far from Spartan Homes as possible.

This is the best place to buy a home from in my area. From the 1st day the saleswoman Candace was working hard to get us our home. She made sure update me on progress even after hours she was determined. I would recommend stopping here before going anywhere else for your home.

Crystal was the best at getting us in our home. The process was rocky and at times seemed impossible but she didn’t give up on us! The delivery and installs of everything was even quick however afterwards getting repairs has been a nightmare, I was patient for a long time but I’ve been waiting for some minor things such as a commode lip and some sheet rock to be removed since March. As well as repairs not being fixed from delivery I mean they got the outside looking nice but the inside needs some work! I even have a faulty stove that no one seems to care about, my family and I went without hot water for 3 months bc no one could figure out the issue. Thank God we finally have hot water!

I had the BEST experience at Spartan Homes with Ms Kim! When I walked into her office 2 months ago, I was pretty certain I didn’t even have a chance. My babies and I had just lost our home to a fire. She made me a promise.. “I am gonna get you home!” Exactly 2 months later, I just closed on our brand new HOME! Through out this process, I didn’t feel like “just” a customer. She was always a phone call away. Even on her day off, she was ON IT! I didn’t just have a “sales lady”.. I had a FRIEND. I wouldn’t change a thing. If I had it to do over again, my first call would be Kim! She made me a promise and she kept it.

Hi! My salesperson was Candice Ard and she has been wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable and her response time is excellent! I live out of state and purchased a home for my lot in Shelby County, TN. She made the homebuying process so simple and super fast. She went above and beyond to help me. Oh and there were a few hiccups with the county (not her fault at all) along the way so we had to wait for different things, but she stood by my side the entire time and was always willing to help with whatever needed to be done. If I needed a certain document.. she got it right away. I would definitely recommend Candice to anyone looking to purchase a home. She is also a really good person. She is polite and caring.
