Even though the service and customer service was good. The car they sold me was full of roaches and had a awful smell. The battery died on me and the battery light is still on as well as the thermostat light even though coolant is in the car.

Worked with Brent for the purchase of my new Raptor. He was definitely the best car salesman I have worked with by far. Brent and management made my purchase so smooth, I was done with paperwork within a couple hours. Being out of state they helped me oversee the shipping load as well. My salesman was great but the manager there on 2/21/22. Wasn’t wanting to play ball. Was trying to trade a 2019 f150 lariat fully loaded with 47700 miles on it on a 21 lariat. The manager didn’t offer me but 38000 on trade. Normally that wouldn’t be a issue but if you look on their website you’ll see that they are selling 2018 xlt with 60-70000 miles for 42-43000. So based on that they where going to take mine and try to sell it for upwards of 50,000. I don’t know if the manager saw that I was a young guy and thought that he could pull a fast one on me but that’s what it feels like. Went down to a buddy of mine at cannon and they offered me 44,000 so I might be in a Chevy but o well. Again my salesman was great and sold me on the truck that I wanted but his boss just wasn’t giving me what Kelly blue book said it was worth or what I thought it was worth.

Went today to make a deal on a vehicle. The salesman was extra accommodating but their finance manager made us feel like we were less than adequate. He did not try to work with our issues and encourage us in any way. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership! Although the salesman was very nice but did not go the extra mile. Another dealership welcomed our business.
