He went through everything with the insurance company, and we didn’t have to worry about anything! Derek took time with us and recommended a great shingle color for our brick. The Crew replacing the roof did an excellent job. They never stopped except a short period for lunch. When finished the cleanup was awesome. They replaced all items they had removed and put them back in place. The flower bed actually looked better after they left than it did before. Kit was very beneficial in getting approval from the insurance company and keep me informed of every detail as the process progressed.

Brookes did an awesome job working up my contract and helping me pick the perfect shingles! He was there every step of the way and kept me informed through the process. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. Not to mention, he’s someone you can trust around your home and with your decisions. Taylor oversaw the project and was here to get the job going and make sure everything was going as planned. He kept me informed and made sure I knew I could contact him at any point! I want to give a shout out to B and A roofing. I needed a new roof due to hail damage. I was unable to meet my insurance adjuster, so Derek stepped in to meet him for me. Kit Broom at B&A Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof, but more importantly, his communication and explanation of the job was top notch. As a first time home owner making my first insurance claim after hail damage, he walked me through the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of! Even making sure I had the proper “historical district” paperwork completed to comply with my home’s requirements. The whole process of initial inspection, to insurance claim, to full roof replacement was completed in less than a month. Very thankful for the great care Kit and his crew took with my project!

From explaining the process, to working with insurance, to explaining the quote, to connecting me with a project manager, to checking in throughout the process, to making sure we were satisfied, to following up with insurance, to finishing the process. The actual roofing crew was fast, clean, exemplified quality work, and were very respectful of our property. Our project manager made sure everything was just like we wanted it. Very pleased and impressed. Quality work, great customer service, and good people. New roof valued at over $18,000 cost us less than $1000 out of pocket. Can’t say enough good things.

Great service and work all around from initial contact to the project manager to the team doing the roofing! Clean up after was impressive, you would never know my entire roof had been ripped off and tossed down because they left not a trace of debris. B& A roofing installed a new roof after replacing 6 sheets of water damaged plywood. Roof was off in 2 hours, and completely finished in 9 hours. Clean up was thorough and complete. Kit Broom in sales was delightful to deal with and Jeremiah Johnson was excellent in follow up ensuring a section of damaged soffit was renewed and he inspected the complete job to ensure total customer satisfaction. This company is certainly one of the few that follows thru in all aspects expected of a professional business. Thanks!!!!!

They were amazing! Quick drop off of materials, fast turnaround of job and everything was picked up. We found very few nails in the yard once they were done. We also had some rotten wood which they painted and replaced. I highly recommend them. In fact, my mom is getting her roof replaced by B&A, as well.

B&A / Brooks Breland team was great to work with. They were quick to inspect and submit to insurance. They kept me informed of what was going on along the way and let me know what costs may be out of pocket, but in the end insurance covered it all. New roof looks great and all inherited leaks and issues are now gone. It only took a couple days and they cleaned up well.
