He presented Best Choice Roofing to us with confidence and authority. There were no issues with our insurance company, everything was handled very professionally. Nick was eager to ensure that we were informed and pleased with our choices. His whole team in the Hattiesburg office worked to make this a very painless procedure. We looked at the samples, picked our color, the roofing crew showed up and voila'! We have a beautiful new roof! The roof was off and on all in one day! They cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they had been in our yard. If you are looking for a roofing company, look no more, this is it! We’ve had a great experience with BCR. Billy handled everything with insurance as far as calling and meeting with the insurance adjuster, etc. He was accommodating to us and our schedule (and having to wait on the insurance check). He was clear about the whole process and immediately would get back when I would have any questions. The crew showed up bright and early this morning and have worked all day. They are not only meticulous about the job but also about the clean up. Definitely would recommend.

This company is very professional. They did the re-roof in one day. Covered the foundation plants before starting work. Cleaned up the yard afterward. From my perspective great folks to work with. Made the entire process from initial inspection, assisting with filing insurance claim, being present when insurance adjuster visited, roof installation and final inspection a worry free experience. The BCR folks were very helpful and courteous. Dealing with an insurance claim and getting a new roof installed is not something anyone wants to do, however BCR made it happen quickly and efficiently. Thank you BCR.

I RARELY post reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience with Best Choice Roofing and Joe Melton, specifically. This entire process was rather lengthy due to the small insurance company I chose to be insured by but Joe remained patient and in contact with me throughout the process. When it finally came time for the roof to be put on, his crew was prompt and neat. They completed the work in only one day and did an exceptional job. The level of detail was impressive and the cleanup job was the best I’ve ever seen at a “construction” site. I’ve already recommended this company to a coworker and will continue to in the future.

Zach Frost aka Frosty and Tim Mull were fantastic! They guided us through our roof replacement process from beginning to end, they coordinated with insurance so we didn’t have to do much of anything, they maintained constant communication, and provided us with a text number so that we could get answers to questions anytime. They checked on the roofers while they were working and did a thorough evaluation and clean up job after the roofers were done. Our roofing crew was respectful and carefully protected our property to the best of their ability. The roofers cleaned up the majority and Zach and Tim finished up with a fine tooth comb. I spoke with office staff a few times, everyone was pleasant, happy, and easy to work with. It did take a little longer to finish the roof than we anticipated, but all in all we had a phenomenal experience with Best Choice Roofing.
