My husband and I have been in our home in Laurel for almost two years. We love our home built by Bon Vie. The workmanship is top quality and we have had no issues at all since we moved in. The floor plan we chose is perfect for us. We highly recommend this team to build your new home.

UPDATE ON ROOF: After a having a roofing company come out for the leak, they have determined that in the valleys there was no rain/ice shield installed only roofing felt, making it easier to have a leak in the valley where mine is located. Very disappointed.EDITING TO ADD: The roof is now leaking of course its passed the 1 year warranty. And the 10 year structural warranty won't cover anything unless the roof is caving. After pressure washing the back patio there are holes in the concrete that was poured. I am still finding more debris that was buried under sand instead of being cleaned up like I paid for.I have waited 6 months before writing this review. I will start with the positives. Sarah and Mrs. T were amazing to work with, they communicated very well through out the entire process and made everything super easy. Chris and his team at supreme lending were amazing in walking me through every step of the process from start to finish. The house cosmetically looks great. I love the granite option I chose and the cabinets look great. Now for the negative. Inside the house none of the bathtubs were caulked around, the master bath faucet is not long enough so the water hits the tub and splashes back to the wall. When I called in issues that would be covered under the 1 year warranty it took them 5 months to actually come out and complete these. I paid the extra $4500 to have them clean up the job site and I feel like I did not get my full money worth. I have been picking up BOXES of nails, left over bricks, and other work material that was buried by the sand they put around the house before closing. I have even found left over granite. They poured concrete in my yard and I was told they would bust it up and remove it. This was not done only buried by more dirt. Don't expect anything done to make the job site look nice during the process or after. I spoke with the crew prior to the land clearing and we agreed they would keep several trees in my front yard that were fully alive prior to the process starting. I am now having to get all of these trees cut and removed because they were killed during the process of building. I understand things happen but I communicated that I really wanted at least 1 of these trees. I gave them 1 star just because there is not a lower rating. If you want a dog pin built this is the builder you want because they are very good at having a good run off on the slab. Its hard to believe that even the naked eye could see how the slab had a 1/2" fall to it. But yet they keep on and built on it anyway. And the rest of the building was the same way. These people have no pride in the finish product and do not care if you point the imperfections out they just cover them up. The lack of supervision they had on the job site was a joke. I really don't understand how they have such a good rating.

Great people
