Until it happens to you, you really don’t understand the panic that comes over you when you realize you have a leak and your stuff is getting wet and ruining by the second.You don’t know who to call first. Your insurance or a contractor? A plumber or an AC guy? Do you wait until Monday because let’s be honest this stuff only happens in the middle of the night or a weekend….I had such a positive experience with T. Ryals Restoration. I legitimately want to just tell everyone.1. They came right away and started drying it out.2. They did not treat it like it was too big or too small.3. I found out they are a locally owned family business and the nicest guys ever.4. We needed to have the floor repaired in mom's house and her bathroom redone to give her better access due to her disability. Simon gave us a fair quote and his team started right after the holiday. They were able to do a full joist and subfloor repair/replacement on a large portion of her floor and fix her bathroom by the time she got out of the hospital a few weeks later. I am very pleased with Simon, Terry, and all of his staff and crew. I called T. Ryals Restoration because of some roof damage. Mr. Simon came out and inspected my roof, offered suggestions, and assisted me with dealing with the insurance adjuster. The process was quick and painless due to their expertise and eagerness to help me understand every step. The crew who removed and installed the roof were very professional and got the job done much faster than I had expected and left no mess on the ground around my house. Terry and his crew did a fantastic job on our home after a tree fell on it. They got to us really fast and did a great job removing the debris and walking us through the whole process of the rebuild and dealing with the insurance claim. VERY BEST PRICE ONE CAN GET FOR MOLD REMOVAL! These people were extremely professional and efficient. They came out the next day after I called them (their competitors would not schedule for weeks!).Not all companies do a mold swab test to see EXACTLY what type mold is in your home—I was terrified it was black mold which would be extremely dangerous. The lab work came back within a few days and thank goodness it was not black mold.As quickly as the lab results came back they scheduled an appointment for the following day. They showed up on time were quite professional. Nicest guys ever. Very friendly Mississippi Southern gentlemen. I HIGHLY recommend!!Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related mold removal

My dad had a huge mold problem in his three story house. I called a couple of cleaning places and they told me the ceiling was too high for them to reach. I was told to call Terry Ryals, and boy I’m glad I did! They were able to clean up the mold plus much more. There was more involved in just cleaning the mold. I am very pleased with their work, the house looks brand new and they took such care in daddy’s personal belongings, covering everything up and moving things out of the way. It’s a relief to be rid of the mold! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who might need their help!!

It’s rare you cry from a good experience but that’s what happened today. Simon listened and saved us from a 20,000 mistake. We had a broken seal on a pipe in our foundation. All other companies wanted to come in with sledge hammers but this company took the time to find the most affordable least invasive solution. I can’t say thank you enough.

I wanted someone to come out and look at my roof to see if it is time to replace the roof. I also wanted them to just check for leaks or mold to see if anything stood out due to us having bathroom plumbing issues when we first moved in. They came over the same day and looked at everything! Terry’s company replaced our roof a couple of years ago. Terry was very professional and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. While sweeping the pine straw off the roof a couple of weeks ago, we found some soft spots. I called the office, and Terry came right out. He checked the roof, and he also swept the pine straw that had accumulated on the roof because of the recent storms. Terry didn’t charge me for the house call. Now, that is what I call service!
