I am a recent customer of TraxPlus, my name is Jace W., and I have never experienced the level of customer satisfaction I felt with TP. The customer service alone is enough to make TraxPlus my permanent heavy machinery rental location! They will get you setup with everything you need, they deliver and pick up so less work for the customer. Also, I have to shout out Andrew in Hickory because they came out and got ours unstuck and the track back on within a hour of me calling to tell them we were having trouble! Just choose TraxPlus, you’ll be glad you did! I sure am!

Crane dealer in Hickory, MSTraxPlus sells the Sany brand cranes which are know to be the best for bridge construction projects. Great support from the service team there. Would recomend this combo all Day long.

Dishonest, unethical, and flat out liars. Bought a machine on auction- not expecting much, but I was expecting it to run and operate, as the salesman said it did. Transport company called me when they were on their way to tell me it needed to be jumped to start, and it took 5 GALLONS of hydraulic oil to get blade to pick up so it could be loaded. Asked the sales man straight out- IS THERE ANY MAJOR OIL LEAKS? Nope- looks good he said. When machine arrived in WI, entire seat assembly did not have 1 single bolt holding it on, and it nearly fell off on the freeway while being hauled. Trax plus drove machine onto trailer, never told driver there was any loose parts, and it could have cost someone their life. Took another 5 gallons of oil to get machine unloaded, only to find out the torque converter is bad and it does not turn or travel. Barely got it off the trailer, which I got to wash for free because of the mess created by these poor business people. These are just the big things I have found- SO FAR- not including all the other hacked up mess / junk repairs and things that were lied about. Reached out to the salesman to express my disgust, and was simply ignored. VERY disappointed.

I recently took a Bandit wood chipper in to have some work done on it by TraxPlus. I was initially told that the engine, which was smoking, was under warranty and shouldn't be an issue to replace. I get a call back a few days later and they tell me that the breather cap on the chipper is not the factory OEM cap and the intake is dirty so my warranty on the chipper is now void. Well, this could be understandable, BUT the thing is the cap is one that TRAXPLUS SOLD US A COUPLE WEEKS BEFORE!!! In the meantime we had issues with another chipper of the same model and when we called to order parts we were instructed to get a new throttle body for a 2016 Ford Fusion and "that should work ok". Luckily I did not follow their advice and bought the proper part online. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Wish I would have had more time to visit with them, drove my pickup with trailer from Burleson Tx to pick up my Denis Cimaf DAH 180D for my ASV RT120F . The office ladies where awesome!! Just wish I would’ve had time to go out to lunch or dinner with with the whole gang! Short visit, actually drove all the way home in same day ! Thanks
