I have used this company for two different properties, the first several years ago and the second just a week ago. At the first property, they fixed a leak problem that several others said they could fix but did not repair properly and problem persisted, For no more cost than the prior roofers, Fortenberry fixed the leak properly, and the repair is still holding up. On the second property, the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up well when finished. They also discovered that all the ventilation pipe boots had been destroyed by squirrels. They promptly gave me a reasonable price to repair and showed up the following day to replace the boots. Fortenberry roofing replaced two older skylights on my home with velux skylights. They did a great job on the skylight replacements. I WAS CHARGED $245 TO REMOVE 2 NAILS FROM A ROOF SHINGLE THAT WAS THEN CAULKED !!! TOTAL RIP-OFFJOB TOOK 5 MINUTES. THIS COST THEM A FUTURE TOTAL ROOF REPLACEMENT JOB BETWEEN 12-15 KMAYBE IT WAS WORTH IT TO THEM !!Service: Roof repair
