Joe and his crew did a great job on my house. He handled everything even having the insurance come back out and reassess after they denied the claim the first time. Upgraded my roof to a more hail resistant shingle, put new gutters with leaf guards in them, also put drip edge around the roof to protect the fascia. I new I had a problem after the hail storm at the end of March. I had reached out to several roofers before this company. They had informed me that my roof looked fine. Joe with America’s Best Roofing saw my roof and felt like it needed replacement. I was anxious about dealing with my insurance company, but Joe was very professional. He assisted me with the entire claim process. He was with me when the adjuster arrived. Afterwards he encouraged me to upgrade my roof’s shingles which I did. He and his staff answered all my questions during this entire process. They all communicated very effectively and made every effort to abide by their plan to me. They were always available to answer questions. I was very pleased with the roof installation crew. They very friendly and wanted to do a good job.
