I picked up my fifth vehicle in eight years from Farrow Ward Ford last week. As usual, there was no hassle or haggle, they found me the best financing rate, I was in and out in under 3 hours. Every car I buy from Brian...its the same way. A great experience. This is a dealership you can trust. You will drive away with your new car knowing you got a fair deal. Worst experiene dealing with a company trying to purchase a vehicle. Tried unsuccessfully for two days to speak to Robert Farrow about the purchase of a vehicle that was test driven on a Saturday. Would not return a call or reply to any message addressing the purchase of the vehicle. Then finally texted (no phone call) to say the vehicle had been purchased by a local, which is fine and good. But his ignoring my attempts to do business and leading me on was uncalled for and a tacky, disrespectful, shoddy way of doing business. All he had to say was someone else was interested in the vehicle and he would let me know if that deal fell through. Beware of dealing with Robert Farrow, the shyster, at Farrow- Ward Ford, Inc.

The employees at Farrow Ward Ford are the best I've ever encountered at a vehicle dealership. Their professionalism and job knowledge are unmatched. Additionally, they are the friendliest folks you can find. I will buy all of my new vehicles from them and I'll always use their service department.

I could write a novel based on our experience with Farrow-Ward. Brian & his father treated us better than a lot of our own family members. If I could give them 10 stars I'd still feel like I was selling them short. My family only buys Ford. And for decades have only dealt with Texas dealers. This past month we had 3 different deals go bad. Basically, if you can get to Texas before I sell it then it's yours. Well that Texas stopped today. We called Brian the day the photos went online and his exact words were, "I'm old school, you tell me you're working a deal then it's yours until you tell me it's not." I will only do business with Farrow-Ward until they shut the doors or I'm no longer able to drive. The absolute best buying experience of my life. Just wish they sold horses and heavy equipment too. If you're in the market for a Ford anywhere in America, this is the place. My kind of people, straightforward and honest. Thanks again to everyone. We will be back sooner than later. The Expedition Max drove like a dream all the way back to East Tennessee. May God Bless you all. This is how it's supposed to be done folks.

Bobby Floyd, body shop manager was extremely helpful and professional. They did a fantastic job on my Dad's truck and did so very quickly. He got finished late on a Friday but knowing I would not have time to travel there before he closed arranged for us to pick it up Saturday. The truck looked as good as the day it rolled off the showroom floor. Highly recommend Farrow Ward Ford.

This is where I get my Explorer serviced all the time. They are always friendly, treat you with respect and explain everything in detail, to where you can understand exactly what is going on.
