From purchase to delivery and set up, my experience of working with Shiver’s Sheds was very positive. Josh was helpful and knowledgeable at initial purchase as well as updates, Stephanie was prompt in returning calls and making sure delivery was scheduled at a convenient time for me, and Jose delivered and set up the building in the exact location I needed it.I could have bought a shed anywhere. There aredozens of retailers in my surrounding area, but the quality of workmanship and ease of dealing with the staff made me glad I bought from Shivers. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need another out building.

My new tiny house just delivered! This entire experience was amazing. I got to customize the layout to exactly what I wanted. They have flexible financing and wonderful friendly staff. They even worked with me when I lost my spot and had to find another! Set up was so cool. I am so happy with my new home!

My husband and I stopped by Byram's Shivers Buildings location a few days ago. We were greeted by Sales Rep Bradley Parker pleasantly and professionally. While looking at the sheds on site and after discussing our need, as in "Gina needs a she-shed" to work with my flowers, Bradley led us to the size that would solve the she-shed issue. We were even able to customize our shed, choose exterior and trim colors and relocate the door and windows that best served our location. The whole process was smooth and accommodating.We will definitely recommend Shivers Buildings and especially Bradley. He listened to our need and led us to our purchase. I’ve never seen a bunch of young ppl that were so professional, respectful and understanding when things go wrong or right, as they will go through everything necessary to please the customer. Even, though my situation was not they’re fault, I still would love to do business with them in the future and definitely would recommend anyone who is interested in their services to not hesitate on going there, even if it’s just to meet and greet them. My husband and I were overwhelmed by not just the quality of the carport but of the people behind it. Ms. Brittany at Shivers Buildings was so amazing. She always went above it not just being a job but to the level of being a friend concerned about you. The men that came to install the carport were also polite and helpful with any questions. These were the hardest working men. When the job was complete, they cleaned up any thing that was laying around. .very professional. They definitely deserve a hugh raise. We will be highly recommending you to others. This carport wasn't a single poled but double bottom beams and poles. We will enjoy it for a long time. I love how professional they were with the delivering and setting up our 2 buildings. How patient the workers were with the exact placement of the buildings, even when me and my wife were trying to decide where exactly we wanted them placed while on video chat with each other. Ethan Ingram is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Think back to when you were a kid and you would go to your grandmothers house. It’s middle of June and 7 in the evening, you’re outside playing and she calls you in with “suppers ready”. You run inside and get a warm welcome and big hug. Fresh homemade meal followed by some sweet peach cobbler and ice cream. Big ole glass of sweet tea and life is good. That’s the type of experience I got with Mr. Ingram. It’s incomparable. This man deserves some type of raise with the warm family like sales experience I received. Makes you wanna kick a fat kid at K-mart.Can I put 6 stars?

They have very bad customer service skills. The first lady that we talked to acted like we were bothering her, with all the questions we were asking. The prices don't match what's on their website. I told them our budget, but before I told them our budget we already saw something that was around our budget. So we decided to talk to another person that works there, and we told him our budget, and he said they don't have anything around that budget. Which wasn't true at all, but ok. We decided to go with another company. I only choose Shivers Buildings because of the reviews, sometimes good reviews can be fake.

I love this company so much. The process was smooth and easy. The monthly payments are affordable and you have an option to buy during lease. Delivery was made less than 1 week after contract signed which was extreme fast compared to other companies. They are very friendly and have great customer service.
