Not enough cashiers, self checkout is full of people with heaping carts. Also the handicapped parking is always full of vehicles that are NOT handicapped, matter of fact, saw a young lady employee come out after her shift and hop in her car that was parked in a handicapped space, with no placard or handicapped tag. I know this for a fact because I checked for them. I really dread coming to this place!!!

Friendly staff and nice manager at this location. Stays mostly stocked.Only complaint is the checkout. It’s hard to checkout at self checkout when buggy is full. No where to put the groceries.

Yazoo Walmart is fine. However, their should be some type of incentive for customers who use self checkout like a credit on their next purchase. Giving the climate of the economy, this is the very least that Walmart SHOULD do. Thanks.

Only one front entrance....well stocked...normally only 1 or 2 cashiers and a small self checkout are available....so make sure to go during non peak hours if you don't want to be stuck in line for 20 to 45 minutes because they will not open another register no matter how long the lines are

Pretty well ran, but the Walmart pickup parking spots are always taken by people who are inside shopping. I will gladly update my review if they ever solve this problem.

Had puck up. Took almost an hour to get order and I was shorted. Refund or merch refused. Also had 2 orders and only got 1. Love in the country and had to go back another day to get the order I needed that night.

Now, that Walmart has downsized and rearranged the store and reduced the stock...it's quite annoying to go in and relocate everything except the Freezer goods, Dairy,Meats,Bakery and Auto Repair Shop....otherwise download the Walmart app and find out which isle to go to before you get there.

Walmart Murphy cashier came out and not so gently “shooo-ed away” the non-masked barely stopped eating a big bag of chips ride panhander going pump to pump then walked straight up in my face mumbled “Gimme a ride,” while I was pumping my gas, “I don’t have any room—too much junk...” without letting me finish saying no, he spun around wolfing down chips, mumbled “I’ll move it,” opened my passenger door and started moving my stuff around, I literally had to turn off the pump, walk all the way back to the cab and tell him more firmly, “I am not going to give you a ride. Sorry.” He spun around went to the next pump then the cashier told him to leave the property. All that made my receipt time out, and then the cashier couldn’t even find the “$45.46 17 point something gallons on pump 7...” even after I walked all the way back out to the pump to get the correct data after she handed me some other wrong ticket. “Why can’t you print mine?” “It’s in the system.” Lol Still 1 star.[Old review “2 months ago” (R26Aug2021)]Typical Walmart, empty shelves and only a bunch of JUNK you didn’t come in for. 🙄😤😠 No excuses. I was in crisis mode coming back home after hurricane Ida I had stopped in looking for rechargable fans the lady in sprorting goods was incredibly helpful and very understanding about my breakdown. This was all I could find it was helpful though. The self check out line was horrible only 3 registers open and the ladies were barely paying attention to people needing help

After buying two air mattress, both went out within a week period of time or maybe less. It’s sad when you go to a store hoping for great quality items just to get disappointed. Something has to change. Yazoo city needs to do better !

This is one of my spots for shopping and seeing people we know. They're is always a Greeter to welcome you. Any time we need to locate something special there is always someone to ask. Sales items can be easily seen. There is a great selection of fishing and outdoor items. Produce area is always great and if you are looking for special bakery items, already made, go into the bakery area. Heavy items are often too large for me so I take advantage of the App and have items home delivered.

There's this older gentleman that be at the front entrance due to the virus, which always greet you with( next)! Welcome to Walmart! His personality always makes my day everytime I go to Walmart. I would like to say that even though we are experiencing this pandemic, it's people like him that will make your day with a simple gesture. Thanks Walmart Workers. A job well done. Mr. Robert!!!!

They never fuss about getting the propane I need like my hometown Yazoo City MS. I don't go there anymore. The reason I keep my bathroom cleaning job at Nissan is because Walmart is near and I can stop.

Waited over 45 minutes for assistance in the paint department. Had to go to the service desk to ask them to call for assistance. No one came. Called cooperate office. Help came fast!!! Got paint 1/2 price for the inconvenience. Overall I love shopping at Wal-Mart.

I love the young lady that worked in the Deli yesterday. I remember her name is Jordan because she helped me before when she worked another department and she was happy to do it! She is always polite and eager to help!☺️ I think she needs a raise or a great promotion! I have noticed the staff is a lot friendlier lately but Jordan has always been super friendly!!

Was a little sad this morning. Spoke to three employees who did not respond. I hope maybe they didn't hear, but on the up side, another employee spoke first and another, who is always such a sweet lady, even gave me a hug. That brightened my day!

Took my daughter car to get an oil change on 10/19/21(Tuesday). Drove the car home and to work for 2 days. Come Friday morning car put her down. Was wondering what the problem was because it was running fine before the oil change. Checked the oil and BOOM...not a lick of oil in the car. Went got oil to put in the car but the car still wouldn't stay Crunk. Had to have it towed off the side of the road. Contact Walmart and the lady advised us to put oil in it and bring it back. We let her know that we had done that to no avail. Talked to one of the managers and he told us that he would come out to take a look at it. He did late in the evening. Crunk the car but it still kept cutting off. He told us he would be back the next day to look at it because it had gotten dark and he couldn't see. He never showed back up. Reached out to the store manager Amanda and she told my daughter she would call her back. We're still waiting on her call and it's been almost 2 months. Every time we try to reach out to them it's either no answer or Amanda isn't available at the moment🤬🤬🤬🤬. Something seriously needs to be done because I hate the fact that I've spent all of my hard earned money on my daughter's car and she can't use it because of Walmart employees mistake. Please never take your vehicle there

I have had good..bad and horrible experiences at the local Walmart in Yazoo City. Customer service is bad. They don't want or answer questions. Not all are that way but the bad are the majority. They need more training and better pay. People work better if you pay them their worth..and they deserve more. Walmart can afford it. Do better by your employees.
