We are so happy with our new flooring that we had installed from All Surface. We first met Bruce and he helped with our decision on what flooring and carpet to pick. The installers for our kitchen floor Isiah and Sam were wonderful. They seemed to work together very well and our floor turned out beautiful. We had Pat and Wilson install our carpet and they also did a wonderful job. We will be returning to All Surface for any future flooring needs.

I have used 3 familiar name carpet companies over the last 15 years. All Surface Flooring is by far the Best! Great carpet and nice cushy pad. My house is on a concrete slab so the pad is very important. Pat and Wilson did a great job on the installation. They paid great attention to detail. The seams and edges are perfect. They were also 2 guys you felt comfortable with in your house. Wonderful experience all around👍

Everyone that myself and three family members have dealt at this complete flooring center has been exceptional. Truly a one stop center, whether you’re just purchasing flooring, needing installation, a repair, or just a piece of something needed to help your own installation that would be otherwise hard to find. Very hard to find this kind of service and knowledge in our “sell you what they have and uneducated answers to questions” corporate retail society we now live in. Their selection of most any type of flooring it was easy to find the right style and color coordination. We had been to four other flooring centers trying to find and coordinate a complete inside remodel, the knowledge of Cody on materials, warranties and most of all, installations was complete, far from just selling products. The materials were immediately checked for availability and arrival dates, helpful in planning. We’ve had carpet replaced in a Villa rental along with some replacement of some marble floor tiles, were shown some various choices by Cody as budgeting was a concern on a rental. Roy, the owner himself, measured within days and the complete job, repairs and replacements were done within a week, complying with our narrow timeline. Cole was in and out with no evidence other than new carpet, Alex did replacements of four broken corners on the existing marble flooring, undetectable pieced in tiles.

We had Luxury Vinyl Plank installed last week in our lower level. Sam and Kyle were the installers and they did an excellent job. They moved furniture, had the demo debris hauled off, were very professional and polite.Also, Cole did an excellent job installing carpet on 2 or our staircases. He was professional, punctual and skilled in installing the carpet. We are very happy with the work that both installers did and love the flooring and carpet. We would recommend All Surface Flooring and use them again.

Absolutely fantastic. We recently had hardwood floors put in throughout our main floor. During the planning process, we had been going back and forth with another company and things started to get complicated. We decided to talk to All Surface and things immediately became simple and I felt a whole lot better. Everything was done at the price and in the time frame we had discussed. Service was fantastic at the store. Brad and Dale did the install work and they were quite honestly the best. They are true craftsmen and their expertise was clear from day one. They were friendly and fun to work with. I had been expecting a big mess of dust and damaged baseboards but, to my surprise, I had barely any clean up afterward. I am sold on All Surface Flooring. Any other flooring projects we have will go to them.

Alex and Jake provided excellent service. Our entire main level had to be retiled due to a mess a previous contractor had made. Alex was creative, resourceful, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience and outcome was exactly as we wanted. We’ve used All Surface a couple times in different houses. A few weeks ago I stopped in to ask for a small section of remainder carpet for a dog ramp I was building, and they graciously obliged. I wish I could give All Surface Flooring 10 stars.They hit the all the right marks from the first time I went into the store until the van pulled out of my driveway. Their sales staff are kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I think I changed my mind five times. Thanks Owen and Bruce, for being so helpful and explaining how my insurance policy would work. Now for the install, Pat was incredible. He made a suggestion that I will forever be grateful. Blake was also excellent and the two of them worked together like a great team. They were at my house for 3 days. I also want to thank Kevin who stopped by to help out as well. And finally, I met the owner, Roy, who was the first to come to our home to do the measurements and also the first to arrive on the day of the install. Such a top notch company. Really grateful to have had such a wonderful experience.

All Surface Flooring saved my kitchen! Alex and Jake came in and removed the partial (disastrous) installation by my previous contractor, and started over THE RIGHT WAY! Alex is extremely skilled and notices every little detail. He is a perfectionist and takes the time to be sure it's done right, and his communication is top notch! We had wood laminate installed in all (including all closets) but kitchen and bathrooms. Some over current wood floor and other after removing carpet. Installation went quickly and trim wood is very well done. Sam, Isaiah, and Tim all worked hard and worked well together. Top notch work.

We recently had All Surface Flooring replace hardwood floors and carpeting on our 1st floor. Bruce Adams helped us pick out just the right products. Caleb Field and his team did a great job on the installation and left the house in good order after each day. It's also nice having the showroom nearby on Manchester Road as we visited several times. Overall, we were very satisfied and will use All Surface Flooring again in the future.

All Surface Flooring is the best!Bruce & Owen were so helpful & patient with us and our many trips to the store to find the perfect floor. They replaced all the flooring on our main level with Luxury Vinyl Plank and it look gorgeous! Our installers, Sam & Tim, did an amazing job…they were so precise & cleaned up all the debris. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend them.I am adding to my review of All Surface Flooring….once again, they didn’t disappoint! They repaired a 4 year old tile shower floor that was poorly installed by another contractor. They were able to find a match for our wall tile and didn’t have to remove any of the tile on the walls! Brad and Dale were so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.Best company ever!

Dale and Brad came to make a repair to my wood floor today. Their work was perfection!! You cannot tell where they replaced a board, and I am picky. They kept my space very clean while they were working, vacuuming dust as they worked. They also made sure everything was picked up before they left: Great employees for All Surface Flooring!

All Surface Flooring is a rare find in today's business's. It is a family owned and operated business, with a huge selection of all types of flooring. This was our second purchase of two types of flooring , and in both sales we have been very pleased. We have found Roy, the owner to be a man of his word, and serves his customers with integrity and respect. Our salesmen, Owen and Bruce, were very knowledgeable, and took long periods of time answering questions and aiding in our selection. Our carpet installers Pat and Blake, were very personable and meticulous in furniture moving, installation and clean-up. We had a very squeaky upper level and they took extra time screwing lots of screws into our floors decking , before installing the carpet. I'm sure no other company would have been this conscientious of pleasing their customers. Thank you and we will be back!!!

I am a previous customer (2 years ago, All Surface installed flooring for my entry foyer and family room), however this visit was just to find a little trim for my kitchen.As I entered the store, I was greeted by Cody F. (Store Manager), who was finishing up with another customer. After asking why I came in, I thought he’d try to help me, but let’s face it, I was not going to be a big project (this time). Cody, however, treated me NOT like a guy needing some trim, but like a guy who had a big flooring project. I was impressed.My experience in the store, and specifically their interest in helping me, was the same, for my big flooring project and this little trim project.Excellent Customer Service!!!By the way (from a side conversation) they also have the ability to make custom area rugs, finished with binding and padding … guess what my next project will be?

Recently we got a section of our floor which had old carpet, replaced with matching hardwood flooring. Working with Bruce and team for product selection, floor measurement and material ordering was smooth. Bruce’s communications on scheduling the install was timely. The installation team of Brad and Dale did an excellent job, and the work was completed on time. They were conscious that my wife and I were working from home and did everything possible to keep the noise levels down during the install. We had a wonderful experience with this company! The installers were skilled and professional. A couple of weeks after the carpet was put in, a visiting family member accidentally caught one of the loops of the berber I chose and the carpet ripped. The owner came out within days and repaired it himself. He assured me that they would take care of this if it were to happen again in the future. You just don't find customer service like this anymore, and they have earned our trust as well as our referrals.
