I've been intending to write about how great of an experience it was.He was incredibly polite and thoughtful of the impact it was having on my daughter's room.Mike is great, and we be reaching out to him and Kokesh company for future work.

I am a little disheartened that I ended up having to edit my old review and rating of JJ Kokesh. I had had a good experience in the past but unfortunately won't be using them again in the future. They had been my go to plumbing company in the past when I had to get something done correctly and reliably. They had always been on the more expensive side but I had only called when it was important to have someone I could count on. But I have had a terrible experience the last 4 months just trying to get them to respond. I called them out months ago to bid a large project at a property they had done work at before and after 4 months and no less than 6 or more follow ups I am giving up on getting the bid. I was told on several occasions I would be called back shortly and would have the bid but it never came and I was never called back by Joe. I'm not sure if they just decided they didn't want to bid the job or what and maybe you will have better luck with them in the future but as a returning repeat customer I was very disappointed and will find a new plumber going forward.

Have used Kokesh for over 30 years. They have just recently installed two new highboy toilets at the house have had no issues with the installation or cleanliness or cleaning up after themselves. Also install the sprayer in the kitchen and replace the line and I know leaks and explained what they were doing, they would be my first call for all plumbing needs

We had Kokesh install 2hit water heaters. One went bad right away and they were quick to respond and replaced it. The second continued to have minor issues during the first year.Kokesh was always quick to respond and try to resolve the problem which they did each time. Finally when the last occurrence happened Megan stepped in and said that was enough and she was going back to manufacture to strongly request they replace the second unit also. It took a few weeks but Megan prevailed and was able to get the manufacture to replace the unit for no charge.This was not something Megan had to do, but took it on her own to “do what was right” as per Megan.We are most thankful for Kokesh help along the way and standing up for what is best for the customer.We have used them for other plumbing problems and they are always quick to respond and have provided great results.Good business, good preople who want to treat you right.

We have owned homes for over 50 years and have used several plumbing companies.Kokesh Plumbing is by far the most exceptional company we have ever used. They are professional,well trained and service oriented from the front office to the plumbers they employ! We had a very unusual problem with a newer bathtub in our primary bathroom. The plumber was unable to solve . The owner of the company came out , found a way to solve the problem saving us from having to remove and reinstall the tub!!Exceptional company!!

They have been to our house multiple times over past 7 years and have had to deal with many issues at our house . (Turns out we bought a Money pit! )They have always provided great service for us. Kokesh Plumbing has been a Trusted Plumbing Contractor for our home for many years, Chris has been our Go to Guy for all the Plumbing Issues that arise, He is Fair, Honest, Reliable and extremely knowledgeable. As for as pricing some Contractors are more, some are less, In my opinion they are spot on, Good Quality Work at a Fair Price, We feel fortunate to have them.

23 years of leaking basement wash basin. They replaced the leaky valves; shown here after I messed them up with drywall dust. As always when I called Kokesh I got a prompt response! Billy has been to our home twice. The first time to do an inspection for a new insurance policy for homeowners. He then replaced the main water valve and main pressure valve. Billy then came a third time to bring three new toilets to replace squatty potties with ADA height, since all of the people in my family are tall. The third time Billy came was with Shaun and the two of them were extremely professional in replacing three of the toilets. They did an excellent job as well cleaning up their work spaces. I couldn’t even tell they had been here. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

We have used them on at least two occasions. The big effort was to run a gas line to our kitchen to accommodate a new gas stove. They were always on time, called with approximate arrival times, called when expert was on his time. The expert was indeed an expert - very knowledgeable, and also very professional and polite. They aren’t cheap, but they do a great job.

I own a restaurant and needed a water heater valve replaced (online the part was 200.00) and when I called I told them it 4-5 years old. They sent a guy out and without looking at it he said to replace it was going to be 3,000.00! I asked I want a fix not replacement, he looked at the date and it was 5 yrs old by 2 months! He said we don't do repairs on equipment over 5 years old.... I told him 3,000.00 was very high and why was i not told this when i called. He left and now they are hounding me for 87.00 for a 5 minute visit!!!Never again! It was fixed for 500.00!

JR was able to remove a “stuck”shower cartridge after taking the time and using different tools. A plumber with another company said the only way to remove it was cutting through the drywall. JR saved us money & aggravation. We’ll be using Kokesh again!

We had pressure relief valve go bad as well as a hose spigot needing replacement. First time we used them and very impressed. They will now be our default plumber in the future.
