The technician Justin F was awesome!He performed maintenance on my furnace. Overall, the service that I received from Mike was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. He knows how to treat the customer. I felt very comfortable and confident the entire visit. He also suggested my changing to a different filter that would work more efficiently and would last longer, and he told me about a power outage device that could be put in place in case of power outages. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated what he recommended but unfortunately I’m not financially able to take advantage of the offers at this time.

I had an emergency issue and Braden arrived very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it. He was very professional and courteous.Every experience with Jerry Kelly has been outstanding...they schedule appointments quickly and the technicians are friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone who asks! Peter was the technician and he was prompt, friendly and super helpful. As always it was a positive experience.

Had these guys install a new furnace a year ago. Suddenly it wasn’t kicking on and our house was in the 50s during winter. Called Jerry Kelly up and they had a tech out within a few hours. They fixed the furnace under warranty and we were all set to go. Mark Porter my tech was about as good as it gets. Super professional and a master at his craft.

Came in, asked for information, I showed him where the thermostat and furnace were, and then he had diagnosed the problem and showed me the part that needed replacing. He gave me a timing estimate and made careful note about possible timing for the repair (I was going to be out of town for a couple of days).He was polite, friendly, informative but not condescending, and unlike most of the other technicians from this company, did not try any sort of hard-sell which I very much appreciate

We initially called them to diagnose why our furnace was leaking water. Erik came out and able to figure it out quickly what the problem was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was honest about his recommendations. We knew our unit was old and needed to be replaced when we first bought the house. (30+ years old). He was able schedule a next day installation at a time convenient for us.The next day Kyle and Colton came out to do the installation. They explained what they were going to do, laid out tarps in their workspace, and dealt with our friendly but bark happy dogs. After the new system was installed, Kyle reviewed what they installed, and answered any questions we had.Although their price probably isn't the cheapest, I feel like I made a good investment choosing Jerry Kelly for Hvac replacement. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy.

We've been working with this company for as long as I can remember. They've installed both a new furnace and air conditioning, and kept everything running. They are very easy to get hold of and very detailed in their communications, confirming appointments, calling before the service person comes out, those kind of things. Everyone I've ever had in my house is professional, detailed, and will explain everything that needs to be done or got done in great detail. They are also very upfront in their pricing so I've always known what it was going to cost before they got work done. Jerry Kelly is a great resource and I would highly recommend them.
