Saved the day! Jamie our technician arrived on time the same day I called. He listened to our drain problem. I had called several other plumbers regarding this issue none of which were willing to help. Grandmas kitchen sink was backing up so quickly we couldn’t even wash dishes. I felt like Jamie really listened to us and didn’t rush at any point. Once the troubleshooting was discussed Jamie got straight to work. After a few moments the water was draining. When the job was done Jamie clearly explained the payment process and guaranteed his work. I would highly recommend this company. If you ever have drain problems call them straight away very professional.

Mike was very professional and friendly. He discussed what he would do to rectify my problem prior to working. He also discussed prices so I was aware of everything before he started. Mike is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his information and most importantly his ability to fix the problem quickly.

Dustin came out about 530 pm on a Sunday and could not have been any more professional and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He informed us of the blockage that was causing the issue and gave us advise on how to keep it from happening again. He recommended services that will insure that our plumbing issues due not return. If there were more stars he would have earned them all. 10/10 will recommend his services again if we ever have this type of issue again. Roto rooter is very lucky to have him as a part of their team.

We recently had Roto-Rooter out to work on and unclog our sewer line in the basement. They did a fabulous job, our technician Brian W. was absolutely outstanding, he worked diligently to get the sewer line cleared, it took awhile but he got it done. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need their services and if you want a very good technician please ask for Brian Watson, he did a fabulous job.

Called Roto-Rooter for a laundry drain line in December and then again for a shower drain in January that were connected to the same lateral line. They came out to see if the issues were related and quickly resolved the problem after thorough inspection. All of the technicians I had out to my house were very respectful, curious, professional and knowledgeable about the issues, and I was walked through everything they had to do. Would absolutely call them again if I have another issue.

Deeply disappointed in the service. The technician only spent less than five minutes with his auger and never showed any confidence in resolving the issue. I did a better job with a plunger. Spent $270 for his 20 minutes at my house. The other 10 minutes he spent were fielding calls.

Jeremy came out at 9pm on a snowy Friday night and was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our backed up floor drain, estimated a fair price and fixed the problem with ease. Our water is draining properly and more importantly, our toilets are working again too. :). He very knowledgeably offered some additional options so that we don’t have these issues any longer.
