Feldmans is a great store for just about anything that you didn't even realize you needed until you got inside. I always spend more than what I intend to when I walk into it. The Feldmans staff is knowledgeable, courteous & never pushy. They talk & listen to your needs. 5 stars all the way!! *****

I've been in sales for 10 years. Went to pay cash for a bad boy mower. I chose this because the employee last night when I came in to check them out was very polite and knowledgeable of the product. After returning this morning the "Store manager who didn't give me his name" i was literally sitting on a unit for 5 minutes and looking at it for 5 min before anyone even acknowledged me. Then would not even price talk with me. He said he'd rather loss the sale completely then to sell a mower at lower than the asking price. Completely, ruinning any deal. I had cash and didn't need financing. Enjoy that mentality. Won't be spending any money at this store again.

First time ever to this location. Very nice employee greeted us. Appreciate that.My husband was looking for overalls. So I rolled around checked different areas.▪︎The store was clean, and neat. Appreciate that.▪︎Went up to the man (that greeted us), regarding price on a item. He was very friendly, assisted without any delay.He had his arm in black arm sling thing.He gave great customer service. Kudos to him.▪︎Very nice store, and selection of warm winter wear.When I am in the area again will be sure to stop in. I live in Kansas.Enjoying rolling around seeing all the different merchandise they carry.

Love the store but can't afford their products except on special occasions. They have western clothing, western and other hats, gloves, Carhart and other brands of work clothing, boots, coveralls, specialty farm items, horse tack, feed, feeders and fencing. Items for cooking out, birdseed and more. Went in for Leanin Tree Christmas Cards. Bought jeans for husband and work shirt for son.

This business has been around here for sometime we purchased our Trager smoker And we also purchase pellets and parts for the smoker. Always friendly and helpful.

They are supposed to get baby chicks in soon! Feldman's has a decent amount of supplies for chickens, but not everything I needed. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help, but I only saw one employee. It also has lots of pet food, outdoor clothing, lawn mowers, & toys especially farm related (like toy tractors, etc), and other things related to farm & home. The pictures I took are of some of the chick and chicken supplies. I'm excited to see the baby chicks soon!

Turkey and horse resource center! Always the only store who has turkey food in stock, both 28% and 21% protein.Love the horse feed loyalty buy 10 get one free.They have the biggest selection of chicks, turkeys, geese, and ducks for your flock during chick days!Super amazing staff

Good location big store pretty wide so can be a long walk to find what you're looking for. Seemed a little dark inside. Couple staff members were watching me look around yet never asked if I needed assistance. Cashier was friendly and helpful.

Sorry to Feldmans for fixing this review late. A regional manager contacted me after I posted a negative online review here after a new employee at the Blue Springs location basically told me he didn't want to sharpen my chainsaw blade, which is a service Feldman's provides. The manager asked me to come back and they did not charge me for the sharpening service. Feldman's main office monitors this page, and that's what got them to call me to correct the issue after I posted here. The manager corrected the issue.

When shopping here make sure you pay attention to the expiration dates on stiff you buy. Nothing more annoying then spending 30 bucks on bbq sauces then getting home and they expired months ago

The store is a down home, old fashioned, breath of comfort for folks looking for a simple hardware and feed store for animals and their needs. Lawn care, rugged clothing, friendly customer service. It's a good stop for some unique candy and soda as well

I called and asked for mens dress shirts with tractors or animals on them. I was told "we have lots of options come on over." I specified it was for an interview and they said they have multiple options once more. I arrive and they have 3 shirts with animals. Not three types of shirts, just three shirts. I drove 20minutes over here and the employee lied, and blew smoke up my behind. Waste of time. Check for product before lying to a customer.

Update: The store manager reached out and was very kind. I believe she’s doing her best to improve the service department and experience customers receive while engaging with their service team. So I’ve increased my rating to 3 stars. Time will tell if the service department manager and department as a whole will actually change.This Feldman’s always has the worst service in their service department. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering a part or trying to make a new purchase. The staff back there is rude and disrespectful.We were there to purchase a chainsaw the guy asked me what I needed and then rudely interrupted me. When I was finally able to tell him what I needed he started complaining about be short staffed and his job is hard. Then told us it was going to be a while because he had a problem to deal with.Since being courteous to your customers isn’t important to Feldmans we left and took our business to Northern Tool. If you need a chainsaw and want good service go to Northern Tool on Noland Rd in Independence. They were super helpful and polite.

They have a large selection. Lightning is pretty sparse in the back section. Most things I found were quite a bit higher than Tractor Supply. The plus side is they do.rice match and can look it up right there on their computer and see the price difference at the register. Then they have a manager come up to override the price.
