I contacted Pristine initially for just a house painting, however it evolved into them performing three projects on our house.We got our house painted, our garage floor epoxy coated, and they have yet to complete but will be completing a full master bathroom tile shower remodel.Jorge and his crew are fast to respond and efficient with their projects. They completed the entire house painting in I think 3-4 days. They took the time to do the job properly and it resulted in an incredible job well done. I couldn't be more pleased.Price wise they came in very competitive with other local contractors, in many circumstances cheaper as well.Our epoxy floor was done properly by diamond grinding it and actually filling the cracks that where in our concrete floor.Bottom line is they take the time to do their projects right and I look forward to future projects.

Pristine Contractors got our house repaired after a hail storm.Jorge Cruz (Owner)and Darwin Fernandez (Project Manager) did an amazing job of restoring the damage by replacing the roof, gutters, garage doors. Painting the interior ceiling and staining the deck. Their understanding of the insurance process and hiring of the subcontractors was key to getting this project done. Done in timely manner and done right. I would highly recommend Pristine Contractors for your home improvement or restoration needs. Thanks Jorge and Darwin. Our house looks great.

My roof suffered damage in a hail storm. Pristine Contractors, replaced my roof, which was no small task. My roof was a double layer, with the first layer being shake wood shingles. The crew worked tirelessly removing the old roof and getting the new roof decked and shingled. These guys really worked hard and constant. They arrived about 7:30 am and left at 7:00 pm both days. The project manager, Darwin, was awesome; he kept crew on task and kept me informed and happy. Truly one of the best experiences I have had using a contractor. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I hope his roofing is better than his concrete work. I hired Darwin Fernandez (Top level exteriors llc) to do the job I had advertised. His bid was low but he knew what the job entailed and assured me he could do it.He tore the deck off fine and proceeded with the patio.It was the worse stamped concrete patio I have ever seen. He admitted himself he accepted a bad load of concrete (it had begun to set up ). He drilled holes in my siding to secure plastic prevent splatter it didn't work there is splatter all over my house. He admitted the job was not right and agreed to remove the patio he poured.He jackhammered it out removed some of the debris and left huge pile. He kept lying saying he was coming then not show he did this so many times. I was running out of time the weather was getting bad this was the end of December. I ended up having to pay 900.00 to get the debris removed and grade out the yard from the mess he caused.We signed a contract that stated he would refund me all the money spent on the concrete. He was to start payments of 800.00 a month on March 1st. He has failed to even do this so I now have no choice but take him to small claims court. The point of this long text is do not hire this guy. He realized he was in over his head, did not have the knowledge or resources to do this job.

I worked with Darwin and Kaitlyn on getting my roof replaced after wind/hail damage was found from a storm back in October. Everything from the inspection process, communication with my insurance company, ordering of materials, the actual roof replacement was done without a single hitch. Highly recommend this company! They are on top of it!

I highly recommend using Pristine! The guys did an amazing job remodeling two bedrooms combining them into one and building a master closet. They also added canned lights, ceiling fan, and added some doors to the room and basement room. They also added finished one of our basement rooms as well and it also looks amazing. They work fast, are efficient, and very nice guys. Christian Aguilar from Pristine Contractors came to my home and gave me a free inspection. He worked with the insurance adjuster to determine what work would be done as well as the cost. Pristine replaced my roof, gutters and garage doors. Christian coordinated with the companies to perform the work and ensured each phase was completed to my satisfaction. All of the crews were excellent. They completed the work quickly and did a great job. Christian was so diligent and ensured the entire process went smoothly. Pristine Contractors came to give me a free inspection. Upon completion of this inspection we were payed out almost 50k on our roof, gutters,garage doors and interior repairs. All we had to pay was our deductible! Christian was our rep he was very attentive and on top of everything throughout the process. Beware do not use these guys for a remodel! Screwed up our entire remodel on our house back in Nov 2020. We had all kinds of issues from bathroom door being installed to close to the wall- it wouldn't close so they had to replace door and tile, their caulking looked like a 5 year old did it throughout remodel, they ruint the hardwood floors with paint & masking tape stains when floors were suppose to be fully covered during painting, got paint on our kitchen cabinets, got floor leveler stuck in our vent, left drywall debri in vent & heater wouldn't work, put in pieces of baseboards instead of full boards, scratched our refrigerator with ladder, couldn't fix the plumbing they ran, ceilings cracks and the list goes on...We contacted the owner Jorge towards the end of the remodel after everything was screwed up and wanted him to come out and see the issues. (Mind you we had already moved in and his worker was still trying to attempt to fix our plumbing in bathroom for the 4th time.) The owner would not come out to the house so via phone conversation we told him we were not satisfied with the work at all, we told him all the issues as I stated above that had been done and that we needed to fix the entire plumbing in bathroom so Jorge the owner zeroed out our remaining balance back in Nov 2020 with us.So next, months later...we had been having an outlet go off and on since the remodel and recently here in March 2021 we had the outlet go out completely & it was reading a hot ground wire. We hired an Electrican and we just found out Pristine ran all our electrical not to code with open boxes & open wires and placed the insulation over some of it to I guess hide the shady electrical work so we in turn contacted Jorge with Pristine via phone in March 2021 to pay to fix the repairs on the electrical work they caused.He got upset we asked him for any money, tried to lie & say he didn't do the electrical work, then I informed him we have texts proving you did, so he offered to pay a portion of the electrical fix. We declined his offer for just a portion and he got upset & decided to take "US" to court now for the remaining balance that he already zeroed out with us back in Nov 2020.Save yourself a headache and money and find another company for a remodel, I do not recommend them!Services: Tile work replacement, Painting, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Interior painting, Drywall repair, Flooring
