This company was hired to clean up water from a burst pipe and to clean the mold as a result of the water. The pipe burst 12/23/22 and they cleaned up the water over 2 days. They did not stay and clean it up when it happened. They went home and came back the next day to finish. After cleaning up the water, they left my apartment completely covered in salt and I was later told by a supervisor that it was up to me to clean up after his team. “You can sweep and mop this” he said to me while I was clearly 9 months pregnant. They placed dehumidifiers and fans in only 2 of the 3 affected bedrooms and removed them after only a few days. Then after I complained about the smell they came back after about a week and a half and told me everything was dry and I had nothing to worry about. They actually told me I was smelling ‘pet odor’. Then they placed more fans and a dehumidifier (for what was dry?). After I found mold in both of my children’s bedrooms and presented it to them, they provided an ‘air scrubber’ 2 days after I was told they’d be there. They just ‘finished’ yesterday after barley cleaning the carpets (they are still stained from the water and crusty) and WIPING THE MOLD FROM THE SURFACE OF THE WALL. I thought it was common knowledge, especially for a company that specializes in mold removal that you can’t simply clean the surface of drywall to get rid of mold. It is IN the wall. Because of there unprofessional diagnoses and solutions, I’m still dealing with the problem 3 weeks after the original pipe burst. He is always willing to come give me bids so that I can recover damages when necessary. In the days of poor customer service, Venturi Restoration excels in working with their customers. I had a difficult crawl space project that lead to additional plumbing issues. Other companies that came out to give a bid wanted to destroy the floors instead of working in the crawl space. Rebel, with Venturi got the job done with the hassle of destroying my hardwood floors. The team he brought on was very patient and courteous. All concerns were addressed immediately. The project took a few weeks to complete but it was not the fault of Venturi. Plumbing parts had to be ordered through Moen that were guaranteed for life. After all the parts were received, the team was here early the next day to complete the job. Thank you Rebel and Venturi for a job well done. I finally feel as though my family and I are getting closer to normalcy again.

We use Venturi for carpet cleaning in all of our apartments. They are so easy to schedule and are always flexible and on time! We've also used Venturi for deep sanitizing cleans during COVID and to remediate an apartment. They are extremely reasonably priced and an all around pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them!

I’m not sure about the company’s service but while driving down the highway I was nearly sideswiped by one of their service vehicles while in my work truck. I switched lanes to get out from behind the vehicle and he proceeded to cut me off again and traveled all the way to the far left lane and sped off. Extremely close call.. and I could tell it was intentional but I couldn’t figure out why. Possibly something against the company I work for… not sure but definitely unacceptable.
