Jeff was great to work with from day one when he showed up with deck and rail samples. Jeff did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. He also did some repairs and built some new steps and they were great as well. Oh my goodness- I don't know where to start! Jeff and his team were amazing! They had fantastic communication, even better quality of work and they were so fast! He also worked around my needed schedule which was huge bonus. I highly recommend using this company! I contacted Jeff to update the exterior of our lake home after receiving glowing reviews about All in One Home and Condo from a family member who had them build a garage. Our lake home was old and in need of lots of exterior TLC and during our initial meeting Jeff had some great ideas about how to address these items in particular an old saggy screened porch with blown out screens that could not easily be repaired or replaced. The work performed by the crew including painting, sofet and gable work, gutters, doors and stabilizing the porch and updating the screens, and it looks great. Jeff was responsive that the work area was cleaned when they were done with the job. We are not at the house full time, and were not on-site when the work was performed, but Jeff worked with us to get the job done when we were not there and was very responsive to calls and texts and sent pictures of the project during and after completion. Jeff is responsive to calls, texts and emails and I would gladly work with him on the next project!

I'm one of those non-resident lake home owners that was worried about finding a local contractor that would 1) show up; 2) do quality work; and 3) actually COMPLETE the job. Well, I hit a grand slam with J.L. All In One Home and Condo Care. Jeff (owner), Kenny (foreman) & Danny (lead) did an outstanding job! Members of team showed up each morning by 7:30 and put in a full day based on the schedule. The team installed a new roof, sided my home, fixed a bunch of hidden problems (with my approval first), and built my wife and I a new screened-in deck of our dreams. The work consisted of many projects and their communication was always first rate during each of them. I could always reach Jeff and/or Kenny, which is a huge benefit when having large-scale work done 3 hours away! I would recommend their work to anyone!

Jeff has a great crew of workers! They were polite, hardworking, and came to work every day-giving it their all. Special thanks to Danny, Jim, Vince, Scott, Sean, and Jayson for their work ethic and desire to get everything right. Replaced all of our windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Then they tore off an old deck that was on the second floor of our house and rebuilt a new one that was twice the size as the old one. They also added an extension to the roof to cover part of the new deck and tore off and reroofed the entire house, Lastly, they added siding and new soffits to the house. We kept them busy! Jeff and his crew were absolutely amazing! Our roof fell apart on us after a big storm and we started to get water damage inside the home. I called Jeff in a bit of a panic and he quickly saved the day. Not only did he quickly replace our entire roof but it was a good price too! Quality work and quickly done. Jeff and Jayson at All in One Home and Condo Care helped us out of a bind. We were struggling to find someone to do a insurance claim after our contractor bailed out after dragging us along for 6 months. Seemed everyone we called were at least 5 months out or more and/or were not taken on any more business. Through a friend referral, we called into All In One Home and Condo Care and Jeff came out right away to take a look. Though they they were already booked up, Jeff offered to squeeze us in between jobs after hearing about our situation and our ability to have the place available for them 24/7. Not only did they make time available to address the job faster then anyone else, they took extra care to keep the remaining finished area closed off and clean throughout the process. Jeff has been great to work with. Glad we got a referral to them.

My house at the lake is on the steep side so it's a very high hill to climb to go from the dock to the house. I had an old set of stairs and three old decks to tear down. An upper and lower deck on the house and a third deck at the bottom of the stairs by the lake. Then I needed the whole thing rebuilt, all new stairs and decks. It was difficult job but All in One did a great job. Jeff and Kenny and the crew were professional and everything was built with top quality materials and workmanship. If there was anything I wasn't satisfied with along the way they would immediately make the changes I wanted. At the end of the job they cleaned everything up and left everything looking great. jeff was horrible to work with and was constantly saying harsh remarks about my property, i would have let this slide and just another blue color worker until he made a comment about my wife’s behind.. i find this 100% unacceptable and to fan the flames my deck hand rail was made with rotting wood and full of shards of wood that would stick into my sons hands

Our house was in need of a remodel when we bought it. And then a tree fell through the bathroom and living room. One project led to another as you can imagine. All in One Home and Condo worked with us to complete the work in phases, while also working with the schedules of the electrician and HVAC contractor. They did drywall work, enclosed an existing "room" at the side of the house and built a roof over a patio. We are not finished yet, but plan to have them back in the spring for a new deck and outside work. Jeff was responsive via text, phone and email. It is sometimes difficult to find people to work at the lake, but their crew was there when they said they would be. They also sent pictures of the work because we "live" 4.5 hours away. The owner of this company can talk a pretty good game, but when it comes down to having a job completed correctly the owner lacks technical expertise, integrity, and professionalism. He is quick to blame others for his shortcomings and tries to charge the customer for his mistakes. After interviewing this company, I hired him to reinforce a failing support beam that he claimed have a lot of experience doing. The company originally quoted me a price to have a ¾” steel plate with additional LVL. Later Jeff, the owner claimed that method was not necessary, that I only needed a ½” steel plate to remove the deflection. The quote stayed the same even through there was a lot less labor involved. After he installed the plate I wrote Jeff a check and he left. I went to admire my newly repaired support beam and discovered it still had a major deflection. Jeff did not inspect the work to ensure it was successful. To make a long nightmare short, I canceled the check since the job was not completed properly, Jeff did not want to fix the problem with out spending a lot more money. Nor would he take responsibility for his failure to complete the job. Beware!!!05/04/2023Good to see that you responded after 3 years. Unfortunately the message that you want other readers to see is lies. I did hire an engineer prior to hiring you. I provided the report to your company. You claimed that you have successfully done it your way many times and it would save me money. That was also a lie, since I had to hire a real professional to do it properly. You claimed that it needed to be done a certain way then cut corners to make to less expensive for you, while charging me the same price. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
