Last year my husband and I had a new roof installed along with gutters and fascia. It was long overdue. We reached out to 4 roofers and Mark was by far the best. From the beginning of the process to the end.We all know that investing in your home and spending a significant amount of money can be a daunting process. Mark answered all o our questions, he assured every step of the way that he was there and it was more than just making money. He was patient as we dealt with personal losses in our family.He inspected the roof thoroughly, gave great advice on how to move forward, he was present during the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new. He simply made the process a lot easier. Not only were they quick, but they were efficient, the roof was done in two days.He came back and completed the gutters and replaced the damaged fascia in the back. DeG contracting out of Chesterfield MO did a great job repairing some roof flashing, rotting eaves and replacing an unsightly vent on our home. This was the first group that would repair the roof as well as work on/repair the eaves which made our lives much easier.They did quality work at a fair price, did not try to upsell us and were very responsive. Nice to know their are still quality contractors out there that will take the time to walk the property with you, explain/make recommendations of work needed and not jump to replacing full roofs, flashing or gutters.We have worked with other roofing groups in the past that were a nightmare to deal with but Mark, Alex and their team got the work done when they said they would, cleaned up and delivered a high quality result. Mark and his team were great! He came to fix a leak in our roof and explained we had rotted fascia wood and that our gutters would likely fall off. Within 9 days, he had repaired the leak, removed the old fascia and replaced it, put up new gutters, AND even came on a Saturday to add the screens over our new gutters so we wouldn't have nasty clogged gutters causing damage to our house ever again!

During a windstorm the night before Thanksgiving, a tree fell on my rental house causing massive damage. During this really stressful time, Alex and Mark were so supportive and let me know that everything would be fine. Alex was there when the insurance adjusters inspected the roof to make sure they didn't miss anything and immediately put a tarp over the damaged area. During the long process of working with my insurance company (no fault of Midwest Contractors), there were several snow storms. Alex always went by the house to make sure everything was OK and would call or text to reassure me. He was always available if I had any concerns. Once the work was able to be done, they did the work professionally and quickly. My daughter who lives in the house was very impressed. They did not pressure me for payments early on. I paid 50% after most of the work was completed and the remainder after the insurance company made the final settlement. My house looks great and I will definitely use them again to do work on my home.
