I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Home Perfect. John Collins came out to give me a quote on a new roof, and he very professionally pointed out that we had wind and hail damage. Short story - we got the insurance company involved, and they agreed and covered the new roof. Another roofer came out to quote and didn't notice the damage and didn't even send the quote! It was such a pleasant experience to work with John and the team at Home Perfect. We made some upgrades along the and John coordinated every detail. They did a terrific job and the house looks great! Everyone on the team were great communicators and kept me informed every step of the way. They jumped on a few minor follow up items right away. Highly recommend!

John Collins of Home Perfect Exteriors was just on time after a hailstorm and he got the job!He was very helpful and knowledgeable that we were able to file a storm damage claim from my insurance and have the fund immediately available.David Walsh, the production manager coordinated with me with delivery of materials and schedule of actual roofing works. Roofers finished work in a day but have to come back the next day for another 2 hours. We had a leaking skylight that was causing water damage to the ceiling. They gave us a fair quote and replaced it in a reasonable amount of time. They also gave us a warranty, which you normally don't get with skylights. I was especially impressed with the work they did to fix the water damage. I'm attaching a photo here - you can't even tell there was anything going on with it before. We have another skylight in the same room and we'll definitely be going to Home Perfect to replace it when it goes.

I didn’t have much of an idea on the process but I trusted in John to take care of it and walk me through process along the way. He came out and took great photos and thoroughly laid out the plan moving forward what needed to be replaced with great detail. John Collins and the Home Perfect team were great to work with on a major exterior project for our home. They followed up in a timely manner before, during and after the completion of the project. They were thoughtful in all of their responses to our questions and made sure we were happy at every step of the process. After significant damage from a tree, we had them replace our siding, soffits, fascia and gutters, and in the process, also updated the look of the front of our home, wrapping some dated scrollwork columns with much cleaner, modern look.

As crazy as it sounds, the thing that was most important to me was that they were extremely responsive to my calls and/or text. Working in the Real Estate industry, I find many contractors do not stay on top of things and this was not the case with these guys. Home perfect exteriors always got back to me if they were not available at the time. Jack stayed on top of things with photos and helping with my insurance company. My roof is a Mansard style roof, so it is challenging for any roof company and as a result, many discussions were made about doing it in a way that l felt would last a long time, of course with their expertise. I must say the finished product is awesome.

I needed a new roof and John from Home Perfect Exteriors showed up , looked the roof over and then explained to me what needed to be done. He submitted an estimate shortly after his visit, which I accepted. A few days later John and Wes came by with samples. I picked one out and in less than two weeks the roofing job was completed. The installers were here early and put in more than a full days work. They cleaned up the area when finished and came back a day later to remove anything they left behind. The roofers took pictures so I could see the different stages of installation. Very interesting. Thanks to John and Wes for answering all of my questions and making the process easy(for me). We are very pleased with the work done. We own an older house that has some uncommon accessories. John Collins was able to work with our insurance to have some items covered that were not originally accounted for. I did not feel pressured to sign a contract before I had fully looked through the information and had my questions answered. Out of seven companies contacted, Alex was the first to arrive and submit a competitive estimate. Only one other company came out the same day. The others were trying to schedule a visit long after we signed the contract. The day that work began was a frenzy of activity, everyone arrived at 6:00 a.m. No fewer than eleven skilled workers completed not only a complete tear-off but also rebuilt two sections of our rotted roof in back from the framing up. The crew also replaced multiple sheets of 3/4 inch sheathing. Perhaps the biggest surprise was the roof over our back porch. We didn't factor in that roof but Alex did and his crew corrected a persistent leak without additional cost, even though it was far worse than the main house. I am truly grateful for all the extra work that the crew put in to make my childhood home both safe and sound for my mom. The yard and sidewalks were so clean I couldn't even tell a new roof was installed. They even picked up debris outside of our property line and used brooms and rakes to make everything tidy. I am overjoyed when I look up at our quality roof with drip edge, 6 nails per shingle and architectural shingles for roughly 40% less than the next lowest bid. I contacted Home Perfect Exteriors and asked if they would come look at an issue we were having with the insulation under our bay window. Dave came out looked it over and offered several solutions. I asked for an estimate for them and he sent them within a day or 2. We made the decision to have to work completed and not only did he come out and do a stellar job. But he took the time to show and explain to me what was wrong and how he was fixing it. The attention to detail and perfect final project was far beyond my expectations. There was some debris left on the ground outside and Dave told me he would be back to vacuum it up. Sure enough, he showed up Sunday morning to finish it. I was super impressed. I highly recommend this company. 1st time customer and we are already planning more projects now that we have found a skilled and reliable contractor.
