This is something that I’ve been putting off for a few years. I assumed with the height of the house it would be out of my budget. I called Tim at Upkeep Techniques and he explained his process and pricing and it was surprisingly affordable. Tim scheduled with me, sent me text notification and was on time. It only took him two hours and I can’t find a spot he missed. Completely satisfied and we will use him again.

Tim came and washed the windows at my house in CWE. They were so dirty in between the back of the window and the storm windows. I wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to open them, but he did! And did a FANTASTIC job cleaning them inside and out. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their windows cleaned even in an older home.

Not good. Was hired to clean siding and windows. Siding looked good. Windows had water spots. He was suppose to come back and reclean them that week. Did not call and did not show up when he was suppose to. When I text him he gave me the line of the day didn't go as planned would come back the following week. This all started August 4th. Have not heard or seen him again.

Requested a quote online and got a call back under 5 minutes. Also very fast to get us scheduled except for some weather issues. Not sure the last time our house had been power washed and living in a woods it was bad since having white siding. Very fast and it looks great!
