I contacted 4 contractors for estimates on rebuilding our deck. Three actually showed up and looked at what we wanted. One never called back and another called a month or so after they'd been out. Only one came out and got back to us in a timely manner, and that was Galt Construction.My wife and I are totally impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship Travis, Stephanie, and Sean provided. Carpentry, electrical, and concrete were done by them. Awesome crew! Galt Construction was totally amazing. They were here when they said they would be. They knew what they were doing and did an amazing job. They transformed my house into an amazing home.We had terrible wall paper in the dining room and worse we had shelf paper on the walls in the kitchen. They were able to remove the paper and paint; plus adding backsplash, behind the stove area. They also replaced the under counter lights and added a dimmer switch to them so they are now really useful.In our master bedroom they replaced the fan and that created the need to paint the ceiling, which would have been out of my budget so they had this great idea of using a beautiful medallion to cover the space behind the fan. We now use that fan and the great lights on it all the time. The fan lights are more economical than the big recessed lights. They painted the canisters for the recessed lights so they look brand new.We did not have a security screen door. They were happy to build the frame and add the door and paint so it looks perfect. All the photos are areas that they painted and updated.We are just thrilled with the job they did and could not be happier with the craftsmanship and quality of the work. I would definitely use Galf Construction for any of my building and remodeling needs. Galt construction is amazing! Travis and Stephanie are professional and amazing in the construction area. I have a house that's over 100 years old and the floor joists needed to be either replaced or fixed as well as a few other items to be done and Travis was amazing at getting the job done. Travis was amazing at getting a room done per day, I received all the receipts for the materials, the invoice was sent immediately. Travis was amazingly well-mannered knowledgeable and very efficient in getting the job done and he cleans up after the job is done. I have already set up several projects in advance on his schedule and I'm looking forward to having him come and do the remaining projects I would highly recommend Travis and Stephanie of Galt Construction. I live in a small town where no one seems to know exactly what they're doing but these two were absolutely amazing in everything that they did for me. I can only rate them five stars but I would have given them 10!

I was having massive flooding in my garage when it rained heavily. Galt was out quickly for the estimate and kept me informed on a repair date. Outstanding installation of a grated drain that works like a champ…NO more flooding and the runoff goes out to the slopes area of the backyard and away from the house. They finished the job expertly, faster than estimated, and a very fair price!! The team was friendly (and animal friendly). They explained the job from start to finish and answered all my questions! You will not be disappointed with this construction company and are now my “go to” people for any repairs, upgrades, or additions for my home/property.Service: General construction
