I used this company several years ago and was happy with the service and work.Over the past week, they've been harassing me with multiple phone calls every day from what I can imagine is a farmed out offshore call center that they shared my contact information with, trying to chase the hail storm that came through the area.I'd expect that from an out of town company coming to the area chasing storms, but not a local one.

I don't want to bash a local company, but I'd be remiss if I didn't share our experience. What started out great with RSSA communicating well on our behalf to the insurance company quickly took a turn for the worst. After getting the initial estimate we started looking to see if our siding was available for patch work or if it needed total replacement. The contractor "forgot" to collect the siding sample to send off to the lab and so we were delayed almost a week in sending off our sample while we waited for them to come back and collect it. Once that was taken care of, we stopped getting any communication from our contractor for two weeks. It turns out there had been a medical emergency, but no one in the office cared to let us know or pick up the slack while they were out. Once our contractor was back to work, we attempted to sign a contract to replace the siding, they were adamant on doing a new roof (our insurance and realtor disagreed). We asked not once, not twice, but three times before we were given a contract to sign that did not include roof work. This involved the contractor asking to come to our home to review the contract in person. We obliged in hopes of getting it done ASAP as we were now two months from our original consultation. I left work and returned home during my lunch break to meet with the contractor at our agreed upon time. 30 minutes after our scheduled time had passed, I attempted to call and then text with no answer. They called back at the one hour mark to say that they were lost in our neighborhood. Keep in mind this was going to be the 4th time they'd been to our house in the last two months. They showed up an hour after that, two hours past our time, with their dog in the car fresh from the groomers. Stumbling around our driveway and hardly able to string together a sentence, it was obvious that they were drunk or on some sort of drugs (bad enough thay neighbors came out to watch. Supervisior later confirmed she was high on Xanax).They tried yet again to get us to sign a contract for the roof to which we declined and asked to sign a digital copy without the roof. They then informed us that the cost would be more than originally though as they wanted to account for extra siding to ensure there was enough. Fast forward another month to installation day. They tell us that they were short a piece and would have to order more. We show up to take the listing pictures for our house to find that HALF OF THE BACK of the house is missing siding. Call RSSA and they would not own up to the incorrect measurement, denied that they were at fault, and said they'd be ordering more at our expense. This whole process from consultation to completion took four months and due to their lack of communication, inability to measure, and general incompetence, we were delayed in the sale of our home. I recently had new gutters and leaf gutter guards installed on my home. When I first made contact with RRSA in Eureka, I spoke with Eric. He was very quick to respond to my request for suggestions on replacing my gutters and a leaf guard system to help with the many trees I have around my home. On Saturday I notified Mr. Wylie @RRSA St. Louis, that I observed soffit water damage and requested that he have the situation investigated and a correction proposed. Since it was a week end, I expected a response on the following Monday at best. But not so, because shortly thereafter he replied, from “Colorado”, that Adolfo could be at my place the following day, Sunday, or on Monday; my choice. On Monday Mr. Adolfo Ramirez, carefully inspected the damage as well as the roofing system, on and about the Chimney-Cricket, and the masonry chimney itself. He deftly, correctly, and convincingly concluded that defected, chimney tuckpointing and masonry, was the source of water infiltration. After confirming that RRSA offered the needed repairs, I inquired as to when could they do it. He took out his smartphone, looked at the weather forecast, and said, “How about tomorrow? It is supposed to rain on Wednesday and snow on Thursday”. And yes, the work was done yesterday, Tuesday, as promised. The site was left spotless, and the cost was actually considerably less that I expected to pay. They actually showed up, which was a great start compared to the several companies who did not even call me back! I had a small siding project I needed to have done, so he worked with me on having the roof checked out to be able to package the work together. Jarrett was on the ball and kept me update the whole time. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster and it was a very smooth process. I have a new roof and my siding is fixed for less than I thought the siding alone would cost! They left everything very clean and I would recommend them.

This place was great to deal with! Had a leak in my roof. I called and they told me that someone would be there before the end of the day and in fact they did. A polite, professional young man by the name of Brandon showed up and and was so thorough in his effort to find the leak that I was confident he would. He located the leak in the attic, took some pictures, then showed me the issue. After confirming I wanted it fixed, he left to get a part he needed and then returned within an hour like he said. He fixed the issue at a cost that I would deem more than reasonable. He even checked back with me the next time it rained to see if the issue was corrected and assured me that if it wasn't, he would return and make it right. No reason to return- problem solved. Definitely would recommend this roofing company.
