They are always looking for ways to save their customers. I know I can always give me great service! Steve has been here a few times over the years always gives us a run down on things, and there were no surprises at all. Thanks for yet another year has gone by and I am still impressed with everyone I have dealings with. Just knowing you are a phone call away brings us joy and confidence you are watching out for us.

We purchased & had a Mini-Split installed by the Bone Heating & Cooling team. They did a great job, delivered everything & showed us how to use the system when done. Respectful in taking care to not track outside dirt in, took the time to explain his work for the day and results, detailed future concerns to be aware of. Had a second tech with him for training. Overheard detailed coaching as he performed work. Highly recommend Bone to others and encourage participation in their maintenance program.

When Charlie Anderson came to give an estimate, I knew Bone was a company I could do business with. He did a thorough job and explained everything without trying to sell Bone at any time. He worked with me on the level of the equipment and on the price. Once that was settled, a couple of days later the system was installed - quickly, professionally and without any hassle. Then Charlie coming back to check the work and offer to explain anything else I thought I needed to know put the icing on the cake.

We are very impressed with Steve’s service and professionalism. This is our first experience with Bone Heating and Cooling and we are very happy with the service and reasonable pricing. Steve even taught us some things we didn’t know and made some recommendations, which we appreciate. Great job!8/29/23: We met Jeff today when he came to check out our AC, which had stopped working a few days earlier for a short while, then started again and has been OK since then. He gave us peace of mind by telling us what could have happened but all is OK at this point. He was very thorough and explained some things to us that we never knew and what could have happened. Had these guys install a new heating and cooling system. They gave us a great quote, and had the system up and running within a week. There was a small problem and they came out the very next day and fixed immediately.I'm very satisfied. Installers were friendly and didn't leave a messy area when the job was done.Update: they came back today for a routine checkup. Found I had a leak and treated me right! Now I will definitely call these guys back.
