Cody was very professional and patient since I like to watch and ask questions as he worked. He did a thorough job and made a few recommendations. There were a few parts that need to be replaced in the future and made a call to get them ordered while verifying they would be covered under the warranty.He did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him and Perfect Air for your needs.

And Angel scheduled someone here as fast as she could considering the heat went out during the night and the temperature was in the low 20s. All together I was very pleased with their professional service from the call made at 2:00 a.m.to having heat going before 11:30 a.m.

Excellent response to my system's problem. Courteous scheduling, excellent communication prior to technician coming to the house. Included texts prior to their arrival, including their picture for identification.The technician was coordial and explained all options, including no pressure service plans.Excepetional first experience and will trust in them for future needs.

I gave this company 1- star simply for appearing. During 20-degree weather my furnace was running none stop and blowing cold air. I called this company due to the reviews on this site. The first visit Nov. 3 my furnace was not programmed correctly, so I had to call them Nov 11 because of the same issue, none stop running , blowing cold air . On Nov 25, I left 2- messages with their answering service explaining I still had the same problem. I never received a call back!Since, I have called a reliable company and the furnace is fixed.I do not another person to become a victim of Perfect Air.

Matt was great! On time and went to work right away. Finished the job then explained everything I needed to know about my new heating and cooling system. Everything was seamless! Btw Angel was great as well. She set everything up and it all went perfect! 2 year full warranty and 10 year on parts so I’ll post another review if I have any problems.

After dilly dallying around for 2 years of window units, and a half working heat system, this company was amazing with putting up with my back and forth wanting a new system and waiting. They could’ve just sent normal installers, but these guys were amazing, friendly, informative, professional with a side of still being genuine good talkative humans! They cleaned up after themselves and the new unit looks nice along with I finally can get rid of my window units! I’m super happy with the entire experience!

Service techs Bob and Dillon are great. Arrives on time is common sensed, kind & courteous, not to mention efficient and productive. Diagnosis’s and fixed the problem and got the unit up and running in no time, even tells me what to expect. Perfect Air installed my whole house unit in 2016 with in my budget and with responsibilities of maintenance.
