As my wife and I sit on the screened porch drinking our coffee and watching the birds, we continue to be amazed by the quality of the construction by R.E. Signature Homes. Randy, his crew and his sub-contractors did an amazing job on our custom home and completed the house in just 5 months. We have been in our home for almost 18 months and have had no issues. Even our 1 year checklist consisted of very minor things such as a door adjustment and a gutter seam leak. These items were fixed very quickly and effectively. The quality and workmanship continues to amaze us. After having built two subdivision homes, where quality seems to be less important than quantity, we were glad to find that there is still a builder who is driven by quality and customer service. Upon our recommendation, two friends of ours who are going to build a retirement home, met with Randy and were totally impressed with what they heard and what they saw in our house.If there were more than 5 stars to give in this review, Randy would get them all!
