Super easy. Great people. Great communication. On time.They email/call/text ahead of time, and alert you about their arrival. (That's for drop-off and pickup.) My experience with Junk It Roll Offs was phenomenal! The website was very easy to use to book the dumpster and the people we dealt with in person and on the phone were so friendly and nice! We rented a 25 yard dumpster. The price was reasonable and the customer service was top notch! The dumpster came clean and the guidelines were explained thoroughly. I have ordered roll offs from a few different companies in the past but I have to say this company beats them all in every category. I ordered late Friday afternoon and they delivered on Saturday. Got an email and a message telling me when they were on their way. Both when dropping off and picking up. Just a side note. They were cheaper in price than the rest and heads above the others in service. Great company.

This business fills a critical need in Stone County, as it's so hard to get dumpsters from the trash removal services, and it's very reasonably priced.Plus Devon saved us on moving day! We realized we would need a second dumpster when it was full and we were only half done, and he was willing to come out, pull the dumpster, take it to the dump, and bring it back all within hours. They drop off and pick up the dumpster, you do the rest. That’s all I really need but they did so much more! I got sick and couldn’t fill the bin and they worked with me to reschedule the pick up.
