This company is too bad for delivery. Tight for dry vans. Hard back up. No room. You have to walking behind forklift drivers to be unloaded. They to lazy and slow.

Almost zero customer service and they could have cared less if we ever came back. 3 employees or at least I guess they were and not one got off their brains and greeted us or made any attempt to show us or tell us anything. I (we) left wondering how they stay in business. Their product seemed very good and good quality but that is the end.

Working as a Handyman I rely quite heavily on Arrowhead Supply. The staff is always outgoing! They're also extremely helpful with product needs or even just questions. I find their prices to be lower than the big box hardware stores. Keep up the great work!

While Arrowhead did not have what I needed the gentleman made some phone calls to help me locate the product I needed. He could have ordered it but I needed it that same day. To me this was added value and will certainly keep Arrowhead first on my list for my building needs.

If you return leftover materials they charge a restock fee and it takes 3 weeks for the credit to post. You may be better off using Lowes or Home Depot.

Arrowhead is a terrible place to do business. Some prices are marked up 300% or MORE. on top of all that I was an employee and the manager is the worst. Mike is a terrible person and manager. I’ve worked at some bad places but this was the worst. Do business else where.

I like to collect old houses and fix 'em up from top to bottom. Arrowhead is the place that has all the stuff needed for fixing the top : redoing, renewing, whatever, the top. And can help you with shingle delivery and disposal.
