Fast, efficient, and affordable.Phillip, Ashley, and Aaron were prompt with getting back to me about any questions or concerns I had and were pleasant to deal with. Since I had to pay out of pocket, Phillip did well to see how he could save me money and get me an affordable estimate. The most affordable of 4 estimates I had received. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and completed within a day. I will absolutely be contacting Collins Roofing for any future roofing needs.

I had a hole in my roof fixed last year and it was quick and easy. Other company had said I needed a new roof but Collins fixed the issue and said I should be good for at least 5 years. I was happy to have the drone pictures of the before and after of my roof.Now I have a gutter issue. I got the quote waited to get a call back for the scheduling. I scheduled and they confirmed they'd send after work pictures. I didn't hear anything back on the day of the scheduled work and didn't see any difference. I called and they said they'd get in touch to confirm the work was done. I got a text the next day saying they had completed the work, it was less than quoted, and he'd send over pictures and the new invoice soon. That was over a week ago! I've called and texted twice. I have heard nothing back.Edit: The company contacted me and made it right. They made sure I was happy with the work completed, received the pictures, and apologized.I still will use this company again.

Collins roofing did a great job for my roof in Columbia MO, they assisted my Insurance inspector do the inspection and helped me get great deal with my insurance that covered my roof and other things that were damaged. My husband and I have called on and dealt with many roofers to repair a flat roof. Several never got back to us after the initial visit, a couple were extremely high in their estimates, one did a repair job that stopped the leak for about 2 months. Collins roofing came out and inspected the roof, gave us options, repaired what needed it at the time for a fair price. They also gave us a reasonable estimate for full roof replacement. They are definitely our go-to roofer! I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, competent, fair, friendly roofing company!

Collins Roofing potentially saved the life of me, my fiance, and little boy who is only 5 months of age. I'm a salesman, and I don't like companies that try to manipulate people for profit. They told me exactly what I needed without being pushy. They replaced the roof on my house, and fixed the leak on my newer garage. I would recommend Collins Roofing to anyone looking to have a new roof put on their house. The job was done on time and my roof looks great without any problems. Aaron came out and gave me an estimate that was more than fair, while also being able to do the work in a short time frame. He is one of the most straight forward people in the business, and I had a lot of companies come out to give estimates that were "all mouth and no ears".I was a bit overwhelmed by the process of choosing a roofer and he made it really easy with great communication throughout the whole job. I would shout the respectability and efficiency of this company from the top of my roof. A very nice roof not to mention! Colllins roofing was tremendously appreciated. When I called after a big storm they were there that very day. I was so impressed since I understood that people all over our city was in the same situation. They worked with our insurance agent and got everything in order to make the repairs. They were efficient and not only do we have a lovely roof but they cleaned up everything too! Aaron even worked with us on doing extras not covered by insurance for a very reasonable price. Aaron came across as friendly, honest,and reliable from the moment we first met. All of the employees were friendly, and worked very hard. We had 3 estimates and all were around the same price more or less- however we needed the fascia and soffets replaced and new gutters. Aaron was the only one of the 3 that offered this service and didn't simply want to put a roof on which wouldn't have solved our entire problem. I fully support this company and I will recommend them highly. If you hire them you can feel that you got a great job done at a fair price and helped a hard working American company. From the ground up, the installers, project manager and even the owner work as a solid team. Their strengths and the commitment to professional service ensured my roof replacement was completed on time, on budget and stress free. Gabriel was great to work with. I was hesitant to submit a claim through insurance for the hail damage on my roof and he helped me understand how the insurance claim process worked. Shout out to Luke Aiken at Collins Roofing for the new roof and gutters!!Adulting sucks sometimes but from beginning to end Luke made the the entire process as smooth as possible. Luke was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process. I know I had to of pushed his patience a couple days with my questions, changes, and indecisiveness! Nobody prepares you for the multiple shingle color options or gutter color options!! He shared his recommendations, and sent pictures to give me ideas and that assisted me in my decision.Collins Roofing installed a new roof and gutters in August 2021 and everything looks great. Everybody was polite and everything was cleaned up around the house. There was a small hiccup with the downspouts. The old size was 2x3, and being replaced with the larger 3x4. The downspouts were installed with 2x3. They were apologetic for the oversight as well as quick and prompt to get the new downspouts replaced with the correct size the next day.If you need a new roof and/or gutters I would highly recommend Collins Roofing.
