This company provides great customer service. After signing the contract I received weekly calls with updates. They received a call 1 week before work was to start asking if they could start early. The work crew did exceptional work and cleaned up after themselves each day. If there was an issue about something the crew would come to me and explain what the issue was. I would use continental siding for other siding services if needed. Also the warranty is worth waiting for the company to complete their work. Financing was very simple. If I need other services that Continental siding offers I would consider them first.

We had Continental siding and stone projects placed on our home December 2023. We couldn't be more happy with the outcome of the looks our our new home. It was a big project for them, as we had a lot of rotten siding and trim that had to be removed and replaced. Every worker was kind and anything that we asked to be done was taken care of. My husband is a retired carpenter of 40 years and I am a retired and very picky wife. We were home to supervise everyday they were here working. They made sure we were happy with every step of our project. Thank you Continental Siding for all of your hard work. Now we can say, "We Love Our Home!"

We spent Thousands of dollars on this siding only to have part of it fade out in 1-1/2 years. The Fade warranty stops at 5 they did come out and fix it after about 4 months but only replaced faded out panels not trim see Images. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Continental Siding. Before contacting them I felt overwhelmed about replacing the exterior of my house. From beginning to end they were so helpful and thorough, customer service was exceptional. Their price was very reasonable and they stayed within my budget. Well, they were kind of a big mess, but it was a job site while they were here. They were pretty courteous, but I found a couple of spots that I don’t think there’s any backing on it and when they disconnected some of the boxes on the side of my house, they didn’t put the PVC pipe back to where it belongs and I got a phone call about month and a half two months ago that they supposedly opened the ticket and I have not heard from them since

Continental Siding went above and beyond our expectations. They were extremely communicative, and Juan and his team were detail oriented, hardworking, and paid very close attention to doing the job right the first time. One thing I noticed that was not offered by other companies but that Continental does is wrapping the bottom of the house to further insulate and keep things out. They also built out the windows before installing their trim. After every construction day, they cleaned and tidied up. Our home had very poor energy efficiency prior to installing Continental Siding and we could tell a huge difference on day one after installation. I cannot express how grateful we are to have a home that is ready for winter at a price that was affordable.

Continental Siding was absolutely top notch in my home that is well over 110 years old. Quality and small detail work from wood rod to the initial consultation to the installers I cant say enough good things about them. Project took a week more than expected. A 110+ year old house isnt exactly level anymore. Installers were great. So good that I want them to do windows on the house too. This old house used to frown with five different kinds of siding. Now it smiles and says look at me I am so pretty!

The entire process was easy and more importantly, affordable. I could not have asked for a better people to help me. The siding looks amazing and my realtor agent also assured me that when I sell my house in the next couple years, the value of the sale will go up with it. I felt like I was never alone the entire time. I was always in great communication with a sales reps.I have to give a huge shout out to all of the people I worked with, especially Cory Berry. They are all good people straight to their core.I recommend their quality of work to anybody who is looking for an upgrade on their house. If I could, I would rate continental siding 10 stars.

Sergio R. was the project manager and Otto Olivas was part of his team. Communication with Sergio was easy, result oriented, and respectful. Sergio addressed any and all concerns we had in addition to making helpful suggestions. Otto and team were diligent, timely, and respectful. There were some changes we requested after the work started and they were able to see our vision through with little to no hassle. We are pleased with our results. Otto Olivas and team gave new life to our home and increased the curb appeal. The attention to detail is a huge part of our satisfaction. We would recommend Sergio and Otto.

Quality issues, not so much in the product but installation. trim ends don’t meet or match thickness at several places. the way they frame the window trim also looks rinky dink. when i confronted installers they said nothing could be done about it, that maybe another kind of trim or process would have worked better but they’d have to pull it all down and start all over including the siding because it all interlocks! sounds like a crock! i was not offered trim application options. overall it cheapened the house.9/8/22 UPDATE:They came back and fixed some issues and even re-hung a couple shutters for me!! Thank you so much! Very polite and accommodating. Very nice work with the issues they fixed!!Overall the siding system isn’t perfect especially if you have things like fence or deck posts or spacing issues with windows they have to work around but it sure beats having to paint your house every 10 years. Thank you so much for the follow-up guys!

Based on the interactions I had with them for an initial consultation. We will not be using this company. They care about "overcoming" objections, Marketing, and getting a sale more than making the experience smooth; Or providing good customer service for the buyer.Them being stuck on my wife being home during the initial visit is an annoying sales technique and honestly very frustrating when we work different schedules, which makes lineup free time difficult. We needed to have an appointment fast due to the nature of the siding repair but instead of accommodating our needs they chose to stick to the policy.Having worked in sales for most of my career can tell you without a doubt that a visit from them would likely just be a high pressure sales environment focused on getting you to make a decision on the spot.

My home is 120 years old and we knew it was time to refresh the outside of our home. Due to a lot of rotten wood, and estimates from various companies (wood, metal, vinyl, etc.) we came across Continental Siding. From the very beginning, starting with a call to have a salesman come to our house, to the office staff, management and actual crew that worked on the house, we were more than pleased with this company. The crew was absolutely fabulous. They were done within less than a week, picked up trash and debris every night before they left, were respectful of our property and did a thorough walk-thru to make sure we were happy. We had this work done in the fall just before the season had changed and we are already noticing a huge difference in temperature within our home. The home is also quieter and there is less noise from outside that is coming in.I would recommend this company 100%. I’m glad to know that Continental Siding stands behind their product and offers a 50-year lifetime warranty. I have complete confidence that if there are any issues, that they will be resolved in a timely manner.

Over the period of 28 years I painted our house 4 times myself. I finally realized I did not need to be climbing up a ladder with a paint brush and bucket anymore. I contacted Continental Siding for an estimate to install vinyl siding on the house. Their estimate was very reasonable and I gave them the go-ahead for the project.
