Project Rep Elissa took care of us from start to finish. The whole insurance process was taken care of and every step was understood thoroughly before moving forward, they were even able to get insurance to pay for items missed on our claim. Jessie K and DHI Roofing did an amazing job. She inspected and made recommendations, worked with the insurance company and made sure I understood every step along the way. Communication and scheduling were easy. Roofing was done completely in a single day, and they did a great clean up. Jessie provided pictures of and from the roof that showed me the work and gables I didn’t know needed to be repainted. Highly recommend!!

DHI did a great job replacing our roof and gutters that were damaged by a hail storm in March. It was all done in a timely manner. Our project managers Julius and Nic were wonderful to work with. They always took the time to make sure we knew the process and they worked with our insurance company to get all the damage paid for. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

DHI is one of the most professional companies we have ever dealt with. Super friendly and very customer focused. From the first time they knocked on our door we were immediately put at ease that we were dealing with a honest and hard working roofing company. We didn’t have to do anything. They handled it all including the submitting the claim to the insurance company.They explained everything thoroughly and gave us everything in writing. They showed up when they said they would. Always on time. They texted and communicated well about appointments and jobs.Cody was managing the crew working on the roof and gutters. He is an impressive and extremely professional young man. I would recommend this roofing company to my mother or my grandma. Elissa was very good at explaining the process she handled the insurance company & all’s I had to do was sign paper work .customer service was awesome . very quick replacing the wood & shingles only took them a day. The guys cleaned up all the way around my house making sure all nails & trash was disposed of. Great experience . Would recommend to all.

Cain Berkenholz Came out inspected our Roof, seen we needed a new one after a Hail storm. Soon as we had our insurance adjuster come out Cain and his crew was on it..within a week we had material in our driveway on a friday. The following Monday they got the old roof off our house and Shop and the new Roof on and fishined! They did a great job with Clean up aswell. We highly recomend Dhi roofing. They were very professional Start to finish.

Dhi ( Mark and team) have been an absolute dream to work with! I had tried two times already to get my roof repaired from hail and wind damage only to be told the damage was less than my deductible. Mark came in, looked at the roof and assured me it was time, and that he could get them to approve. He did just that - doing a walk through with the insurance adjustor, explaining the process to me, and even came to pickup the check from the insurance. I haven't had to touch a single piece of paperwork and despite feeling overwhelmed due to lack of experience, the roof has been the least of my worries/concerns/stress. ELISSA NAYLOR IS THE MOST HONEST PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH OVER A HAIL DAMAGES ROOF AND GUTTERING. I have had 2 roofs put on by DHI, and I would not use anyone else... They come to your rescue when needed and the crews are efficient.. I would highly recommend Elissa Naylor, to anyone who is need of a roof!!!! LAST SEPTEMBER, when everyone incurred damage, she came out and discovered alot of hail damage, and then the next couple of days, the adjuster came out...within days we had our money for a new roof and was scheduled.. 3 weeks later my roof and guttering were complete, and yet alot of ppl in the neighborhhood were still waiting on insurance adjusters to come.

Just wanted to tell you about a seamless company that a friend of mine told me about. I don't normally endorse other companies, but this company has been outstanding from start to finish! Caine the project manager has been a Gem to work with. My insurance company paid for the new roof right from his bid. They didn't even send someone out to examine the roof because his bid was so detailed and had great photos. If you have questions he'll check your roof for free so it won't cost you anything just to check. I'm also impressed with the kindness of the workers and great work ethic as well as the wonderful roof. Caine was not an absent manager either. He was hands on and made sure things were running smoothly. The workers were so sweet and polite and the clean up was amazing! This is my 3rd roof in my lifetime (first for this house) and this company out shines them all! Just wanted you to know there are great companies out there. Don't hesitate! Our home was built in 3 sections, the first in 1933, then they added on in 1957, then we added on after we purchased in 1995. Unfortunately, due to my husband's medical issues, we fell behind on maintenance and repairs. I knew we needed to at least have the roof inspected before winter came, but was overwhelmed and really wasn't looking forward to dealing with the insurance company. Then I was introduced to Julius Wells with DHI. I cannot even begin to tell you what a blessing this has turned out to be. Julius came over and inspected the roof and then thoroughly explained to me what I needed to do and the order in which repairs would happen. When roof replacement day arrived, they discovered that the entire old section of our house had 2 layers of shingles, and many areas of plywood that needed to be replaced. Julius and his team communicated all of this to us, and were able to get 33 extra sheets of plywood delivered quickly enough that the job was still completed that same day! Now, my roof is up to code, and I don't have any worries about the weight of snow and ice this winter. Every single person I have spoken with or dealt with has been beyond professional, and so helpful. The hardest part of this whole process was picking out the color of shingles and gutters - they handled everything else! Thank you DHI! With your help, and the hard work I've been putting in, I can finally be proud of my home again. I have, and will continue to refer my family and friends to DHI.
