We had our house built by jamesport builders almost 2 years ago and I have 0 complaints. Merle was the one who oversaw our build, and he was amazing to work with. He answered every question I had no matter how silly. He never acted like I was inconveniencing him when I’d call to ask questions. He helped me understand things that I wasn’t sure about. The crew did an amazing job, they were so unbelievably quick. They were also so clean, they never left a single mess anywhere. I recommend jamesport builders to anyone who talks about possibly building. We plan to build a barn in the future and will definitely be using them for that. I’m so so glad we ended up using them for our build.

This company sent me a bid that wasn't clear what the price was. After sending them my 10% deposit they informed me that the price was actually $16000 more than originally proposed. They would not return my deposit and kept $3100 dollars. Buyer beware. I absolutely will be seeking legal representation.

I also recieved a inaccurate bid and after sending my 10% deposit I was told the price would be substantially higher. I asked for my deposit back and they refused a refund. Felt like I had been robbed. Would never recommend this company.

In 2018, the team at Jamesport Builders put our our 50x80 barn. They did fabulous work and we were amazed to watch them progress. The mean what they say and say what they mean. You can count on them for service and attention should you need it as well.

Jamesport Builders was exceptional to work with. My home is solid, square and built to perfection. I couldn't ask for a better experience or more professional people to construct my home. They also built my "she shed". Would recommend them all day long.

The open house they had was great. We had a big donut, some good coffee an a bowl very good ice cream. They are very nice and the metal roof they done for us last year is excellent.

Professional builders, who did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. They built a building on our property and we are 100% satisfied with the process and end result. Our county building code department represents everything negative about government agencies and caused us the usual amount of problems. JP met each request with professionalism and courtesy until they had nothing left to do but give us our permit. We would and do highly recommend them.
