This is a truly well-earned 5 stars!We were in need of a new roof and gutter work and had contacted a different company who recommended we not file an insurance claim. So we reached out to 3:16 Exteriors just to make sure the first company’s estimate seemed fair, and they actually recommended we should file a claim even though we did not think we were going to. Long story short, we ended up going with 3:16 and I am so glad we did because we now have a beautiful new roof and gutter system and got the entire roof and part of the gutter work covered by insurance - truly thousands of dollars saved!Marshall was very responsive and helpful the entire time, even when I was texting and emailing regular questions just to make sure I understood the whole claims and payment process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the mid-Missouri area - trustworthy, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

Super awesome and professional! Up front and honest throughout the entire scenario.Update: They finished the roof in under 6 hours! Cleaned up everything and didn't leave a single scrap of trash. Absolutely amazing crew, super polite. Marshall and his team really are great to work with.Marshall was patient with me and explained where the money went and came from for the insurance policy, he helped me to understand everything. Highly recommend these guys if you need an estimate or even a patch job!

Had my roof put on by Marshall Green and his company 3:16 Exteriors. The crew came all the way from Springfield that morning and were at my house bright and early to get the day started. The crew boss and her guys were very polite, fast, and efficient. Marshall was on the job site all day in case problems were to arise. Thankfully, everything went as it should. Clean up is always a worry for all customers. I have 3 children that love to run around the house bare foot. The whole crew went over the site twice, if not more picking up debre and the one thing home owners including me worry about the most. "NAILS" This crew left nothing unturned. I wanted to take pictures of the progress and (In the moment photo's) while they were working. Of course, I was caught a couple times and the guys decided to strike a pose.Some think these posts are fake and churched up to make a buisness look better than it really is. Like every profession there will be some bad apples, maybe a crew, or even a boss that has a bad day and makes mistakes they wish they could make right. We are all human and have screw ups. Even the best of the best. However, I got what I was promised. Great work by great people. Thank you all for your hard work. Absolutely love my new roof. After the storm destroyed it I got a lot of really high quotes from people just trying to take advantage of the situation, but Marshall did me right. He worked with the insurance company to make sure my roof was completely paid for, because Allstate really really sucks I found out. When it comes time to put the new siding on next spring I know who I'm going to call. The roof being done in one day was awesome. Started working with 3:16 after another “roofing company” had made me feel uneasy with the process and I’m glad I was able to work with 3:16 instead! We never felt too pressured, Mr. Green was easy to get ahold of and talk opinions with. He was understanding when things came up and I had to delay or change a meeting time. He was honest with opinions as well which helped us along the way making decisions- which would have had us spend more money, but he didn’t always think was necessary- and I appreciated that help saving money! His crew was also nice, respectful, and cleaned up well. All in all, if I had another roof I’d go with 3:16 again!

This lady that owns 316 exteriors is amazing came a long way to inspect our roof and didn't charge us a thing. She was so knowledgeable and even pointed out problems with our siding that needed to be addressed. When I do need a new roof or repairs she will be my go to person. I was so impressed.

I just can’t say enough good things about 3:16 Exteriors. We have a rental in Missouri and live in Alaska. We got the call from the renters that the roof was leaking. The property management sent out a repair guy, roof needed to be replaced. They gave use estimates from their guys. But we weren’t comfortable using their people. So we looked around and found 3:16. From the very beginning, we had great communication. They were very professional, provide inspection, pictures, and a great estimate with choices. These guys were amazing. We had a new roof put on and they were very quick and did a great job. They cleaned up all their mess and made sure nails were picked up. The crew that came was very courteous and friendly and ask where they could park so they would not mess up the yard or block the driveway. We also had our gutters replaced and they did a great job. Darrellene came by and checked our roof a few times after we had it put on. She has contacted to see if we had any questions or concerns. This is a great family ran business. Erick offered free inspection. Reported some serious hail and wind damage. Helped arrange inspection from my insurance who reported same info. Erick got the ball rolling and arranged for financing my insurance wouldn't cover. In about 2 weeks had a new roof. 3:16 got it done in one day before the rain was to begin the next day.
