My roof was in horrific shape. I reached out for several estimates. Chavez roofing was very competitive in price. But what really sealed the deal was how professional and knowledgeable Manny was. My roof has a near flat pitch and normal shingles would not work, the manufacturer would not warranty the shingles on a flat roof. Only Manny from Chavez roofing knew this. I had a quote from a big box store and they even quoted me wrong. After doing research the big box store admitted the roofing they were trying to sell me would have not been under warranty.Needless to say, the choice was simple Chavez was my option. Manny ordered the product immediately and as soon it was in, Had it on site ready to be installed.Bad weather was heading in and I had holes in my roof. Knowing this the guys came out on a SUNDAY and started before the sun was up and finished after it had gone down. In 2 days my roof went from disgusting to fabulous. The team of roofers that came out and worked on the house were all hard working. All throughout the project I was communicated with. Photos were taken of my roof before during and after, which I was able to see the website link, Manny gave me. There was no question of how much damage my roof had and how much work those men did. I will tell everyone I can about Chavez roofing. I myself work for a big box store and recommend him to all my customers.

I cannot say enough good things about Chavez Enterprises!Mr. Chavez was very polite and took the time to explain the whole process to me from start to finish. His office staff was very kind and responsive and helped me navigate insurance issues. Mr. Chavez gave me a date for the work to be done and his crew was there promptly on that date, no delays or rescheduling.The roofing crew showed up before I had breakfast and completely removed all of the existing shingles and tar paper. They then took pictures of any of the plywood that was damaged or in need of replacement. They sent those pictures to me in real time and requested my permission to replace the panels that needed replaced. They then installed new backing, shingles, and all of the caps/surrounds for the vents and ventilation pipes. When I got home at 7 pm that night, I had a brand new roof and his crew was still there with halogen lamps and magnets cleaning up all of the debris and any nails. They did all of this in one day!Again, I cannot say enough good things about Chavez Enterprises! Very polite, professional, responsive and the work was very well done! This company is Great! We highly recommend them! They were wonderful to work with from start (when we were clueless) to finish. Our sister's Estate included a house in Jefferson City, MO. Only two days after we left Missouri to return home to California, Jefferson City had a major baseball-size hailstorm. Unfortunately, her house was in it's path.From California, we Googled roofers in the Jefferson City area. The first company he called was Chavez Enterprises L.L.C. We were impressed because Jesus Chavez immediately went out to the property. He promptly called us back to verified her home was damaged as well as emailing us pictures.We contacted my sister's insurance and the rest has been (pleasant) history for us. Jesus Chavez walked us through everything and kept us informed from start to finish.Our sister's house was in escrow at the time of the hailstorm. Jesus/Chavez Enterprises L.L.C worked with both realtors, allowing the new buyers to choose colors for the roof and siding replacement. We had a problem with our skylight & contacted Chavez Roofing to check it out for us. Upon inspection, discovered that not only did we need a new skylight but our roof had been damaged from a hail storm & needed replaced also. Chauvez Roofing worked with us & our insurance company to replace our roof & skylight immediately. The work was completed quickly & everything cleaned up upon completion of the project.We were really impressed with how quickly & efficiently the job was completed! Chavez enterprises did excellent work! They were friendly, professional, and I’m 100% satisfied.I originally called them out when our skylight started leaking. Mr. Chavez not only patched the leak so it was repaired but also brought to my attention storm damage that I was unaware of. They worked with our insurance company perfectly so that I had nothing to worry about. Chavez enterprises and their crew completely replaced our roof and skylight in a timely manner. Our family cannot say enough kind things about Manuel “Manny” Chavez and his company. This is our first home and first roof. I had so many questions and Manny was very responsive to all of my questions. He was very professional and courteous though the entire pre-roofing process and to the very end. When it was time for our roof to be completed, his crew took 2 days and our roof looks wonderful! The crew also took extra time in cleaning up after as well.
