Everything from calling Mark for a bid to the completion of our new roof, gutters and downspouts was professional and completed promptly. The level of service of the project manager, Mark Lentz, was outstanding and his workers as well. As the workers stripped the old shingles off the roof, they made sure none landed on our shrubs or grass. They left our property in great condition. The workers showed up to work as promised. They only took a short lunch break and never stood around talking or smoking. We were very impressed!We definitely recommend Premier Property, LLC!!Dan and Sue G.

I first met Joe from Premier roofing in 2018. I had purchased a house in Jefferson City that needed new roof and Joe came over and gave me an estimate and I went ahead and used premier roofing. He was true to his word they stayed on budget. I also got my siding done by them And I have continued to have a relationship with Premiere Roofers ever since they put on my sons roof in Jefferson City they put on our gutters and gutter guards when I moved to Columbia Missouri they came and repaired my siding for me and worked on my gutters for me, I can’t say Enough positive words about premier roughing I really feel like they take care of me. I am so glad that I decided to use them back in 2018 and I wouldn’t have or trust any other roofer in mid Missouri. This truly is an honest company Janet Swanson .

Best roofing company I have worked with. They noticed our roof vents were not spinning correctly and came over and fixed them for us for free! Just to clarify they were not the company that installed them wrong either. Could not ask for better customer service.

Premier replaced our roof in 2007...way beyond any sort of warranty. On Monday, 12/4/23, I asked for someone to take a look at our roof concerning possible storm damage. The call was made around 9:00 AM and by 11:30 AM a service personnel was at our residence providing very prompt evaluation. There was minor repair needed requiring simply tacking a shingle back down. I was very impressed with the honestly and professionalism of the consultation. All was done without cost. Can not ask for better service.

My home received minor shingle damage from intense winds on a Tuesday night. A few shingles were missing and others were loose. Rain was forecast for Friday.The next day, after receiving high recommendations from my insurance company and personal friends, I contacted Marc at Premier.Marc arrived the next day, assessed the damage and determined he could make the repairs at the same time.Response time was great. Work quality was excellent. Marc was wonderful to work with. I give my highest recommendation to Premier. We were not existing Premier customers but will customers in the future.PS. Had Premier Property replaced my gutters, soffits and added siding. They did an outstanding job. Fixed an issue with a water fall at my front door now not a drop. Did such a great job I had them do the roof a year later. I recommend them to anyone and would use them again myself. Had a different company replace the roof years ago. They did rather poor job so I have seen the difference between a quality job with quality service. Premier is a first rate team.

We had Premier Property put our house roof on recently. It was our first time using them; and I was very pleased with their professional work and clean up afterwards. They were polite and wanted to please the customer.There was no evidence that they put the roof on after they left. No nails; and our yard wasjust like it was before they came. Terrible storms in Missouri in November 2015 and I lost a roof on a well rented commercial building I own. Called contractor that had roofed building previously and got a curt, "I'm out of business", when I got him on his cell. I was desperate for help and was referred to Premier by a general contractor in Jefferson City. Couldn't even get any others to call be back. They were totally backed up with work and I needed not a patch, but a whole new roof system. They came thru for me and got the job done with first class quality. Kept me informed every step of the way and gave me options where they existed with accurate estimates. They will now be my go to roofing contractor, irregardless of the cost. They are worth it for the quality. Kenny and his crew can really knock some "sh....t" out. They are roofing animals! Great job and my tenant was very happy with clean up etc. They even brought in their own generators so as to not use her electricity. Can't say enough good things. We noticed water spots on our ceiling and, thinking it was a problem with the roof, called Premier. I was told that it might be a while before they could get to it because they were really busy. I appreciated the honesty and was getting ready to contact another roofing company. However, about 15 minutes later, Joe called and said he was on his way over. After seeing the water spots, he said he didn’t think it was a leak in the roof. He got into the attic and discovered it was a heating/ac issue. Joe was thorough, honest, quick and professional. Could not be more pleased with the service we got from Premier. We’re glad we don’t have to replace our roof, but when we need to, we’ll definitely contact Premier! :)

Wasted our time. We contacted Premier Property on June 22nd for a bad roof leak that started during a severe storm, and have gotten nothing but excuses and runaround. They were scheduled to come out about a week after we contacted them (no firm appointment, just "we'll try to fit you in," which should have been my first clue to move on, but I did want to give them the benefit of the doubt). I had to call multiple times just to get someone to agree to come take a look. Then the day someone was finally supposed to come out, they didn't show and didn't call. The next day my husband called to follow-up and our project manager, Randy, said he would try come out and take a look. He did show on July 2nd, but I have no idea what he found because he just left without updating us. It is now July 13th and I still have no information because I can't get anyone to call me back. I've tried calling the office for an update multiple times, and hear nothing back except a dismissive "we're busy," and they have no idea when we can expect that information. I've also contacted Randy's mobile number and get no response. I get it, a roof leak is probably not as lucrative a project as a full roof replacement and most likely gets lower priority, and I am sure they are swamped from the storm earlier this year, but the customer service and lack of communication we've experienced is just unacceptable. How hard is it to say, "hey, I'm working on it, I'll get back to you by X date." I saw previous negative reviews about unresponsive service but hoped it wouldn't be our experience. It was. Bottom line: they've wasted 3 weeks of our time in which our roof continues to leak. I do not recommend.Edit to add: I appreciate the owner's response to this review. Randy did follow up after this was posted to inform me that they caulked a portion of our flashing during his visit on July 2nd. I do appreciate knowing that. but, unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem as the roof continues to leak. We are working with another company to complete repairs.

Recently bought a house partially finished at the lake. The general contractor had a roofing crew that had done a poor job and did not complete as promised. Marc Lentz had come to look at the roof and after his honest assessment we decided to re-do the whole roof. His crew was there at the scheduled time and finished about a 1/2 day early. Will definitely use Marc again. Great job!!!!!!

After a bad wind storm they were quick and efficient in the repairs to my roof and siding. Very professional, kept the job site clean, and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. While I hope I don't need repairs again in the near future, any work I do need will be done by Premier.

Premier came out and did an estimate on our remodel. Quote was done and we scheduled a time for them to come out and do the work. They never showed! After several calls and trying to get someone to return our call, we were finally able to get ahold of someone. It was explained to us that they had to push it out by a week. Again a no show a week later! Again more calls trying to get a hold of someone to which they finally said they had to push it out again. Again a no show!!!! One final time we tried to call and see what was going on as it had now been a month past the original scheduled date. Again we had trouble getting ahold of someone. Once we finally got ahold of them they stated that we should hire someone else as their entire crew left. Would have been nice to have them call us and tell us what was going on instead of us having to hunt them down only to be told to go with someone else after a month past our scheduled work. Would not recommend this company at all. At least McDonalds has some customer service compared to this place.

***Update*** 1 year later and the roof is leaking, again, in the same spot. I guess their quality matches their integrity. So much for that "Guarantee". Completely wasted my money.I chose this company due to reviews on this site. I don't want anybody else lied to like I was. To be fair, though, I can't complain about the quality of their work (yet), but they have no integrity. Salesman repeatedly told me what I wanted to hear, but didn't follow through with what they said they would do or their promises.First, the verbal estimate came in at $500. Then $600. Then he said they could do it for $500 or $600, but would document $700 "just to be safe", but will only bill me the lower amount. When he came back to write it up, he wrote down $750, which was what they ultimately billed me for.Second, they didn't do what they promised. My roof leaked around the flashing. My old flashing extended past the chimney a few inches. Salesman told me he would extend the flashing about a foot past chimney to prevent future problems (which raised the quote due to the extra shingles required to do the work). That was the only reason I chose this company. When work was completed, they only extended a few inches past chimney. It was identical to the old flashing, but I was still billed for the extra work quoted.When I asked salesman about it, he told me I shouldn't worry because there was a lifetime guarantee on the flashing, so I asked him to put that in writing. He then lowered that "lifetime guarantee" to "10-15 years", then he stated he could write me up something for "5 years". Then, he spoke to the owner of the company and told me they would not provide me any guarantee in writing, but I "had his word" that they would come back and fix it if there were any problems.I was initially annoyed they didn't do the work like they promised since that was the only reason I hired them, but after the work was completed, the only thing I asked of them was to document the guarantee they promised. They refused. They did absolutely nothing to make this right except to give me their word, which means dirt at this point.
