This company was quick to respond with the utmost professionalism while being courteous and attuned to our situation. No issues with anything. Also the insurance company praised the paperwork they submitted along the way as very thorough and concise. Everyone on staff was helpful and kind. Extremely Greedy! Not truthfulOur home got water damage, and mold, my insurance company called them. They went to the house torned it down, instead of letting it dry they put big fens which spread the MOLD to the entire house. Then they charged us $40,000. Then they wants us to pay them $30,000 on top of that to treat the mold they've spread. At the same time Ron was asking if we want to sell the house. We found other company to treated the mold for very good price. And rebuild it back. Then 2 days ago the lady called us that we have to pay $900 for testing and threatened to put a lien on our house if we don't pay the $900 is that should be included to the $40,000 that insurance paid you to spreed the Mold in our house? Just run as fast as you can try different company. I WILL not recommend this business to anybody.

Im sure this company has strong roots but I just watched one of their company trucks horribly litter up miles of highway 54 at the Lake of the Ozarks and refuse to stop to fix the problem.
