Wanted to avoid getting on a ladder this year, so we hired Wash Authority to clean our gutters. The yada yada on the website also convinced us to get our roof washed. $600 total. First person came out and did a very poor job, wife called them, and sent photos (some of which are attached to this review). After proving our case, a second guy came out and properly cleaned everything -- no apologies or anything like that, just said sometimes people just miss things... Would have given four stars, but the second guy didn't put some of our gutter guards back in saying they no longer fit. So I ended up getting on a ladder (exactly what I was trying to avoid by dropping $600) and putting the gutter guards back in myself. To be fair, the guards did need a bit of love to get back in the gutters.

These guys are great- highly recommend! They soft washed the house, cleaned windows, and deep cleaned the interior. My house is all ready for my wedding weekend! They went above and beyond. See the before and after photos of the windows!

I've used Wash Authority for multiple services (exterior cleaning, gutter clean out and gutter guard installation) and each time they've been punctual, professional, efficient and tidy. I decided to use Wash Authority because of their willingness to serve our Jeff City community and help out at no expense during a volunteer event, Serve Jeff City. River City Habitat for Humanity had a volunteer opportunity available to power wash some of their homes that no one had signed up for so Wash Authority stepped in and took care of it. Because of that great experience, I decided to use them for some power washing around my home and I’m so happy I did! Staff was very friendly and they did an awesome job!

I had mole on my roof I went down to Wash Authority a on west McCarty and talk to Eric Wulff the owner. He assured me his company could resolve my issues. On this past Tuesday they showed up and started cleaning my roof and gutters. They did a very professional job and my roof looks like new. Brant with Wash Authority came out this week to “soft wash” our home’s siding, etc. He was friendly, professional, thorough & conscientious and the house looks amazing!! Every detail was cleaned. Lived here over 20 yrs & this is the best job ever done. Was worried about all my plants around the house but their special formula seems to have had no negative effects, 2 days later. Great work.

We contracted Wash Authority to power wash and clean the windows of my parents house in Osage Beach. Nick was awesome. Very nice, professional and did a fantastic job.
