If you're reading this review, you're likely in the same position I was a year ago: seeking a reliable company to replace my house's roof with quality workmanship and without causing any damage. Once my insurance did not cover the roof replacement, I diligently searched for a reputable company capable of delivering this service. Regrettably, my decision to choose Integrity, based on several positive reviews, resulted in significant stress for my family.During the roof installation, Integrity failed to monitor the weather conditions, opting to remove my old roof all at once on a cloudy day. Subsequently, rain ensued, leading to major water damage to my house. While I acknowledge that mistakes can occur, it's how a company responds to such errors that truly defines their integrity.It took days to elicit any form of support from Integrity. Initially, they refused to accept responsibility for the damages, and their supervisor demonstrated a lack of experience in handling such situations. They offered extended warranties and redirected us to work with our insurance. As a result, my family had to temporarily relocate to an apartment, compounding our stress, particularly with a newborn and a wife recovering from surgery.Fortunately, we received exceptional support from our insurance provider throughout this ordeal. However, almost 10 months have passed since the water damage incident caused by Integrity, and I am still awaiting reimbursement for at least my insurance deductible.I cannot recommend Integrity, as they have shown a lack of integrity in their dealings with customers, especially during times when their support is most needed.

They got the roof done in one day and then the gutters in another. The roof and gutters look great.They were good about dragging magnets over the yard several times, and good about picking up the trash. They were very courteous. Only reason it isn't a 5 star is the parts on our ceiling were the joint compound popped off the nails from the shingle bundles, we expected some, but with the new shingles being thicker and heavier. It was a bit more than we expected.

1 star is definitely fitting here. I scheduled for someone from Integrity to come out to start an estimate on some siding work I’m needing done, 2 hours before my appointment on Friday I got a call from the estimator Caleb needing to reschedule. I was flexible and understanding so we planned for the following Tuesday. He was a no call no show at my appointment time so I called the main business line, I was given two different excuses on why he was late before being told he was on the way. He arrived and barely spent time looking at the siding needing replacement and wrapped up the conversation by saying he would send me an estimate within 2-3 days. It’s now over a week since he came out and I still have yet to get an estimate or any communication from the company via phone call or email. Definitely 1 star rating for poor initial customer service.

My roof needed to be replaced after an April hailstorm. Integrity Roofing was recommended by a friend from church and I'm very glad I went with them. Paul the sales guy, Ruth in the office and Fernando on the job site were all great to work with. The guys did a fantastic job with the new roof, even going so far to paint the old plumbing and furnace vents so they matched the new roof vents. Every house in the neighborhood had their roof replaced after the storm but mine looks the best!

Recently had windows installed. compared to others it was a genuinely good experience for the most part. I wish that the company would at least prime the bare wood left from the install. Would have liked to have seen a better finished product and more care taken when reworking around the window trim inside and out. However, with with all my critiques, if needed, I would probably call them again.Service: General window replacement

I recently had vinyl siding installed on the front side of my house to replace the existing wood siding that had been weather damaged. Integrity was highly rated not only online but had several locals say that they were very good and they were not wrong. From working with the sales rep Zach to the in store assistant Ruth, this company was very professional and understanding of my wants/needs and maintained communication throughout the entire process. When it came time to replace the siding, the workers were very polite and extremely fast. After installation, my yard was clean with only a few nails that I’ve found and expected. I would highly recommend this company!

I called Integrity to setup an appointment for siding, roofing, and door work. I received a professional looking email with Project Consultant's picture and information with date and timeframe that I would receive a call from Project Consultant. I didn't receive any calls or texts during my scheduled time, so a few hours after, I emailed their Administrative Specialist who originally setup the appointment. Within an hour the Project Consultant called me. I stated my ask, and Project Consultant agreed to come by on Friday, the next day. The Project Consultant showed up on time and we discussed options. The Project Consultant was happy, I was their last appointment on Friday around 3 PM. The Project Consultant said I would get a quote on Monday. It's now Tuesday, close of business, and I haven't received any email, texts, or information regarding my quote. If the Project Consultant behavior reflects how Integrity does business, then Integrity shouldn't be in their name. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

We were looking to have our roof checked out after moving into a new place, and Lucas Fritchey came out to take a look. He was highly responsive when getting in touch and punctual for our scheduled time. While we didn't end up actually needing any repairs or updates, Lucas was incredibly professional and a pleasure to briefly work with! He was quick to take a look at everything he needed to, thoroughly explaining what he found and digging in to learn more about a unique situation we had on our roof (raised air intake vents - who knew). We're grateful that no maintenance was required for now, but really appreciate that he was honest about that! Based on this experience alone, we'd absolutely recommend anyone needing a roof inspection to reach out to Integrity, and specifically, Lucas. We had a great experience from the beginning when the sales rep came to our front door to give us a quote until the final inspector came to survey the finished product.The installers missed a few places in caulking the windows and we shared with the inspector and he had it corrected by having the installers return to finish the missed spots. The installers were so professional and worked quickly and efficiently (regardless of the missed caulking spots). They understood the importance of removing their shoes in sensitive areas of the house. They were so considerate of our home both inside and outside.The final inspection was so stress free and the inspector walked from window to window with us and then asked us if we are satisfied and happy with the finished product and service. He then stated if you see anything else or are not happy then call me.During the ordering and time of product delivery we received a phone call update every two weeks or sooner, which kept us looking forward for the new windows.The product was more than we expected. The windows look great and it seems warmer in our home as well as quieter.I would greatly recommend Integrity Roofing window installation. The actual gutter replacement went perfectly. The 3 man team did a great job and cleanup. The gutters look great and I expect them to perform perfectly (if it ever rains again) and should last for a long time.I would like to mention that I watched the whole job and had a couple of questions; the workers were not able to communicate easily with me, nor I with them. I would have liked a couple of downspouts installed differently but the language barrier prevented this from even being discussed. I don't speak Spanish and they spoke/understood very little English. I was told by the Integrity sales representative (David) that all the workers were Spanish speakers but there would be a bilingual job boss there. Ensuring a fluent bilingual person was available is recommended.That being said, none of the communication issues prevented them doing a great job.And later... after I contacted Integrity with my concerns, Trish promptly scheduled a crew back to relocate the downspouts. Two days later, Brad & Mark arrived with a 3 man crew and quickly relocated them to the proper locations. I love the way they look now. Mistakes happen, it's what the company does to remedy the situation that matters. I have to say; Integrity has lived up to their name for me and I will be happy to recommend them to my friends & neighbors. Thank you.Service: Gutter installation

Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job keeping me informed through the entire process. I had my roof replaced last fall and 3 basement windows installed this week. All the work was excellent and done on time. Everyone I worked with was professional and thoroughly explained the materials used, how the work would be accomplished and the payment process. We has siding replaced on the front of our home. The communication process was excellent from the time the estimates were given, date scheduled, materials delivered, project started and project completed. We also had gutter covers installed and the work was done in less in an hour and was very reasonalblly priced. Overall, very professional and we are very with the results. We will call them again in the future for any roofing, siding or guttering needs.One year later... we needed our roof and gutters replaced. Integrity made it easy. They worked with our insurance company and were able to get additional funds for our work. They do a great job of communicating both via email and phone calls. They crew that did our work was professional and finished the roof in one day. The crew that did our gutters were finished in a matter of hours. They use high quality products and don't cut corners. Integrity is the best! At our old house we had them do our gutters and they were fantastic! At our current house we had them do the roof and gutters. “K”our sales rep was awesome he took our insurance quote and made everything work so we could get a new roof and gutters. Crews came when they said they would and cleaned up almost like they hadn’t even been here. Office staff is amazing worked with our quirky mortgage company rules and made everything very easy. We have been very disappointed with this company. We had someone come out to give us an estimate for new windows, we agreed on the price and signed a contract with them. Then when they came out to do the exact measurements, they claimed they misquoted us due to the paneling of our windows. They quoted us as having wooded but ours were metal. They nearly doubled our contract price. They wouldn’t even work with us on the price even though they were the ones who failed to do a correct estimate. If they come to your house for windows, make sure they give the absolute correct estimate or they’ll charge you way more than you’ll agree to in the beginning. It seems like a lot of people had a great experience with them, which is why we wanted to go with them.Update:Changed from a 1 star to 4. They did come back and speak with us and worked a deal with us that helped us trust them and we continued with our contract. After that our only concern was it took 6 months from contract signing to installation when we were originally told 8 weeks. Though we know supply orders were the cause of that. The windows turned out fantastic and when they did install it did only take them 2 days to get 10 windows in so they were quite efficient!

Impressed with everyone at Integrity: the office staff, K and Paul, Fernando, and everyone else we dealt with. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The workers focused on the job and cleaned up well after it was finished. There was good follow up at various stages to make sure we were satisfied. We recommend Integrity. One suggestion: If you plan to take advantage of a cost savings on your insurance premium once the new roof is installed, your insurance company will require a wrapper from a bundle of your shingles, showing relevant product information and the date of manufacture. We did not know that until after the trash had been hauled away--too late.

The siding on our house was in desperate need of replacing, so we called Integrity. Dave was very prompt to call and set up a time with us. He walked us through all our options, was so kind, never pushy, he was professional and patient!! The crew that came out was very professional and they did such an amazing job!! We ordered windows that took several months to get (we knew this prior to ordering) but Integrity called every 10 days or so to touch base with us. We had a couple of special order windows that were a little tricky so they planned 3 days for our install but were able to knock it all out in 1 long day.
