Last week we had a big/brief storm that blew down part of our tree onto our roof. My adjuster was there next day and Will followed right behind later that day. We had a new roof put on and the men that did all that labor had it knocked out in less than 8 hours. They cleaned up and it was as if they hadn't been there at all. My roof and most of my neighbors were pounded by 1.5” to 2.5” hail and powerful winds. My insurance expedited their appraisal and Shamrock Roofing came back fast with an offer of better quality shingles, underlay, flashing and drip edging all within my budget. It was amazing the speed and coordination in getting all the materials while finishing repairs so quickly. Great job Parker Davis!

Will Belfield from Shamrock Roofing Lees Summit was project manager for our roof installation. He/they did a fantastic job helping us pick our shingles. He was thorough about how the installation process would go, and upon installation he was on top of everything. He was in communication with the crew, and they did a wonderful job installing our roof, and cleaning up afterwards.

Experiencing water damage in new areas of our ceiling after only 2 months of having a completely new roof installed by Shamrock. We were told they’re pretty backed up right now, so who knows how long we will have to wait for our warranty work order to be addressed. With more rain coming later this week, this is simply not ok.

After my roof was damaged by hail, I hired Shamrock Roofing. Parker Davis supervised the crew. He was on site multiple times each day until job was completed. Upon completion, he made sure that all roof debris was cleaned up and removed. I would certainly recommend him and Shamrock.

I’m not sure why this company has such great reviews. My experience was the total opposite. I initially contacted Shamrock over a month ago for a free inspection. Daniel was very personable and gave me an assessment that I had significant hail damage. My insurance sent an adjuster to assess. No one from Shamrock came to be with the insurance adjuster, even though I was told multiple times that someone would be here. My insurance determined significantly LESS damage and offered their resolution. After multiple phone calls, texts, and emails to set up a plan of action with Shamrock/Daniel, I have received no responses. It appears that this company doesn’t want your business if it’s not a total replacement. If that’s the case, then I would have appreciated that communication! Extremely poor customer service to just completely “ghost” their potential client. I would never use this company or recommend them after this experience.

Killian was the Project Manager who came to our house to o check our roof for hail damage. He was professional, courteous, and clearly communicated to us what needed to done to fix our roof. He helped us get a claim started with our insurance company. He went above and beyond and looked in our attic for issues as well.We offered him a cash tip, but he graciously did Not take it. Thankfully, with the class 4 impact resistant shingle that he recommended, no damage was found. I appreciate his honesty & the timely manner in which he came out to inspect my roof. Communication was great as well during all of this. The crew was efficient and thorough in the cleanup during and after the build. I was dealing with a roof leak and made a call to Shamrock based on great feedback. Daniel Clark showed up one afternoon and quickly discovered the issue but also alerted me to full blown hail damage from a couple of recent storms. My roof was 11 years old. Daniel helped me think through a full replacement as opposed to some quick patch work that would not address larger issues to come. Daniel was fantastic to work with. Instead of leaving me to myself to fumble through getting the claim started, he guided me through the process step by step. The day the claims adjustor and roof inspector came out, Daniel was on site beforehand and shared his findings but made room for their work and importantly stayed back again to discuss the next steps. My roof was completed in two days and Daniel and team went above and beyond to address old issues, install new flashing and thoroughly seal the roof. On the day extra supplies were getting hauled away, I looked up and found a guy on the roof doing final walk through and touches. I highly recommend Daniel Clark with Shamrock to help you with your roof repair and replacement. He's easy to talk with, shows you all of the paper work and figures up front and consistently stays connected during and after the project.

We recently had storm damage to our roof. I called several roofing companies and have several that were to busy to come out and talk with us. From the moment I call with Shamrock they were on it. The squeezed in a late meeting with Donny Chester. Please train your door to door sales people to be aware of “no soliciting signs” and explain to them what this means. We have multiple, very visible signs posted and two of your sales reps still rang the doorbell. After pointing out the signs, one of them proceeded to say that he wasn’t soliciting and gave me his card. He continued trying to “selling” me a new roof. SMH
