My experience with Erie Home began when I responded to an online ad. The first appointment happened the very next day. The presentation by the Erie Home representative thorough and loaded with money saving options. We were pleased with the product that we selected and were able to quickly obtain financing for the project. The installation occurred the next week and accomplished in about 8 hours. We were pleased with the final installation and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away. All representatives from the company, workmen included, were courteous and attentive to our needs. My wife and I are satisfied with Erie Home's product and services.

I am always deeply skeptical of roofing companies—for obvious reasons.But I can say that I am 100% satisfied with Erie.This was as painless as any big construction project could possibly be.The communication was first rate. The project started and finished exactly when they said it would. They sent someone out a week or so after the job was finished to check on the quality.The crew that did the work was exemplary. They worked extremely hard and were very thorough.Besides doing a great job on the roof itself, they made multiple passes around the yard and driveway to make sure everything was cleaned up and there were no nails lying around.Erie may not be the cheapest company around, but they are the ones you can trust and depend upon.I highly recommend them for any project.

After looking for a metal roof for years and multiple bids I chose Erie. The product and installation process being the main reason. In a day or so I was contacted by a construction manager and he came out to explain the process and examine our roofing requirements. He (Aaron), answered my questions and explained everything that was going to happen. After changing our minds on color he said it would be a few weeks to get the product and be ready to install. He contacted me about a week later and said they had everything and could be there Monday. The crew arrived early Monday and were very efficient and friendly, because of the size of our roof it took them 2 days to complete. They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up after. I'm very happy with the quality of the roof and the installation process. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality metal shingle roof.

We were looking to get a new roof. We had Erie give a bid. On sales night they listed a price and then began with how they could discount it. Wrote out a final lower price and said it’s only good for right now but could guarantee a higher price for a month. We didn’t want to finance with them so we secured our own and called them back. It took three tries to get them to keep the appointment. We settled on a lower price but not as low as the “today only deal” and were told we’d be contacted the next day for scheduling the roof. They didn’t call. I called them. For the week the scheduler wanted, I told him that Saturday would work best but if need be I could make Friday work. He scheduled it for Friday. The installation went well and the crew cleaned up well. Hopefully I don’t pick up any nails in my mower tires this spring. I could not inspect the roof myself due to the house being two stories and the roof being a 12/12 pitch. I could only see from the ground. It does look good but it hasn’t rained yet to know if it leaks. Hopefully it’s all good and we will not need to use the warranty Erie provides but that is piece of mind for any issues the roof may have going forward for years to come.

I tell you what, this was the best experience I’ve had with a big project like this. We are new home buyers and haven’t been in this house for more than 6 months. A roof was the last thing we’d expect to fix so soon. You live and you learn. Brandon and his teammate Austin came by and did an exceptional inspection and took the time with us to explain our situation and how the new roof process would go. It turned out amazing. The new gutters were a great touch too! The crew showed up and started very early and finished by 4 o’clock the same day. Cleaned up efficiently and were very nice. Let me start with the two gentlemen who came out to do an inspection of our roof Shane and Alex (Alex was in training) Shane is very knowledgeable.They did an inspection took pictures and explained everything that was wrong. Explained that we needed more venting and the products that they would be using. They did an amazing job!!The order was placed and arrived earlier then expected! Delivery and installation was done to perfection. I feel we have the best looking roof on the block and neighbors have commented how wonderful it looks!!! Jacob and Hunter for the St. Clair, IL. Area. They were our representatives that came out and explained everything very thoroughly. Very honest and transparent.I can't remember the names of everyone else on the team but I do remember how each one was kind, patient, and informative.Our roofers were indeed excellent professionals. You can tell they take pride in their work plus they work so well together.When it came time to clean up, they really CLEANED up.No issues. No complaints. No problems. We had such a positive experience with Erie Home. They installed attic fans for us and stayed in communication about when they'd be arriving and when they'd do the installation. The workers were efficient and careful, and cleaned everything up beautifully. We are so happy with the whole process. (My only dissatisfaction is with the company who is financing our no interest loan, who issued us unwanted credit cards and charged a $29 activation fee. They should dissociate themselves from Synchrony Bank.)

I had a new roof put on my house. When the sales team visited with me they were very friendly and helpful. They did not try to oversell their product and provided me with just what I needed. The installers, although they could not speak English, were very friendly and were hard workers. They ripped off my old roof and replaced it with a new one in just one day. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home in better shape. Thanks so much.

Communication was solid and the product is good, but the installation process was not smooth, such to that point that I began to doubt if I had gone with the right company. I'm still only fairly sure I did; I suppose time will tell.

It is difficult to share all the amazing parts to this project! First, Andy and Chris did a thorough review of my roof outside and also an attic inspection. They were professional, friendly, answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. The next part was a call and visit from Jason, to review the proposal personally and set up the installation date. Then Beth, the job supervisor called and came by to check. At 6:20 am (yes, they warned me it would be early!) 5 guys showed up and by 6:30 the van was unloaded and they were on my roof! At 4:00 they were done, not even a tiny scrap of the old roof or the new could be found anywhere around my house, yard or deck. My house is not large but it is 100 years old and had many peaks and valleys and a steep pitch, so not a quick and easy installation. This company was professional, thorough, considerate, knowledgeable and I can’t give them a high enough satisfaction rating......on a 1-10 scale......they are 100!Service: Roof installation

From the very beginning, Doug has been very helpful, professional. He explained the process the materials and the installation to both my husband and myself. We consider him more like family them a professional. *UPDATE* NEVER did they finished the job, only the front it done w/the roof I did not ordered, once applied, they said it’s not offered, Stuck with an ordinary roof in the front. Attempt to call and text many times with no response from this company to complete the back part of the house. Very upset and disappointed I made a good review ay first for a gift card, Not worth it. Erie Construction did a wonderful job on our roof. The old one was really old and needed lots of repair underneath it. They did it all! And they didn't leave a mess. All of the people we came in contact with from sales to payment were very nice and knew what they were doing.I don't worry about storms with my new roof. And I plan to call Erie Construction when we replace our siding. I would definitely recommend them.

Truly the best project/investment we've ever had done to our home. They were professional and had great senses of humor even when asked silly questions. The roof installation team was so efficient and hardworking, tolling away for hours to get the job done in one day. They also cleaned up all of the mess which might have been a bigger job than the installation itself. A few days after the installation, someone came by and physically got on the roof to check out the work which really speaks to how much they care about the quality of their jobs.The difference in our upstairs temperature is staggering and is much more noticeable than I thought.
