I received a letter from my insurance company that my gutters needed to be cleaned and the roof was in need of repair due to plant growth. Michael was next door giving an estimate to my neighbor and I asked if he would be willing to take a look. He did, said the roof was actually in great condition and the gutters were about 95% clean and not clogged. I appreciated he could have tried for an easy sell by saying new roof was necessary but he didn't and provided me with photos for the insurance company. When we do need a new roof, probably in the next several years, I wouldn't hesitate to have them come back out and give me a quote!

We used Ryan Construction Systems to add on a 4 season porch to our 36 yr old home. They started when Dan said they would and never had gaps of weeks between subcontractors. The foundation went in quickly followed by framing done by Phil and Zach. Ryan construction worked late one evening trying to get the roof on before it rained. Next day gutters were installed. Before we knew it the room was enclosed, dry walled and painted. When the project was finished the room addition blended into our 36 year old home and you couldn’t tell there had been an addition. Any questions we had were quickly addressed by a phone call to Dan Ryan. We had a deadline to meet for completion and that was met. Would I use this company again? Absolutely! My roof is less than 9 years old and has multiple leaks due to improper installation (misplaced and exposed nails, leaks around vents they installed, ect). The shingles are in fine shape so the problem is ALL in the installation. They also didn't put plywood down first even they were supposed to. They put multiple holes in the boards under the shingles and just patched them with sheet metal. I specifically asked and requested them to let me know and repair any bad boards or rot before installing new shingles, but they didn't. I now have to pay for a new roof out of pocket because I'm tired of having to have new leaks repaired every time it rains. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

We had the roof replaced through our insurance company but paid for the eve’s, soffits, and chimney repair. Would not recommend as they left our plywood bare for almost 2 weeks. It rained while they were waiting for the shingles to be delivered. We now have water damage to our ceilings. They painted the chimney 2 different colors and took the paint onto the house but stopped after a few feet. They do not clean up the job site better than before, I cleaned up downspout’s, shingles, plywood, nails, and screws all the way around the house. The owner screamed and cussed out 80+ Mutual Client because she provided the invoice that he supplied to her. The invoice he supplied to insurance company and myself were nearly $12,000.00 higher. Was Completely unethical. Fraudulent in invoicing insurance company. Worst part was he screamed at the top of his lungs and used the F word to our mutual client who is 80+ years old. This is not the first time I've had this has happen with this contractor. Please steer clear of this company.

I am disappointed that I am posting a poor review after many years of working with Ryan. Years ago, they replaced a window for me, and it was expensive, but done very well. In subsequent years, they made multiple minor repairs to my roof. In March 2020, two months after brand-new solar panels were installed on my roof, I saw missing shingles and called Ryan to replace my roof. They acted like the panels were no big deal. My insurance company paid them over $8000 to remove and reinstall my panels. In Jan 2022, my solar power system failed, and two solar companies have confirmed that is because Ryan reinstalled the panels improperly, and estimate $5000 for repair that includes having to remove and replace the panels, a 10-year warranty and monitoring. So far, Ryan has offered to shoulder $700 for "their" guy to fix the problem without removing the panels. I asked about warranty and monitoring and was told they would get back to me but have not heard back since. So: if all you need is a roof, you'll probably be fine, but do NOT let anyone except your installer touch your solar panels, especially not Ryan Construction.Service: Roof installation

I had Ryan put a roof on my house in 2006 after a big storm. Dan came out, gave me all the information I requested and told me he would call before the crew showed up. I had a call they would be there the next morning. They did a great job, terrific clean up and they were extremely polite and helpful. I went through another hail storm and it was a repeat performance. Call Ryan, you won't be disappointed.

Not only did Ryan Construction Systems beat 3 other companies with their estimate, but they did my job fast (5 hours). Complete tear off, and complete new roof. What a beautiful roof with lifetime guarantee vs only 5 year warranty from the other guys. Ryan Construction Systems will always be my first call for any construction projects. I wish I could climb a ladder to show pictures of what a great job they did.

Christian came out and found the spot that needed to be repaired (you could see it from the ground). Before he left, he said the whole roof needed to be replaced along with the window wraps and copper cover above bay window because of wind and hail damage . He told me he would come back the next day with a taller ladder to confirm and give me an estimate, and he never called or came back. I have since had just the spot repaired.

Dan is a scam artist. I've been in commercials construction for about 20 years and can't believe the way this clown operates. Ask for a detailed invoice before you have him start otherwise he will bill you for all the "extras" he may or may not have put on. Better yet don't hire him because there is a good chance he will be shut down because of insurance fraud.
