Worked there for almost 15 years. Overworked and underpaid. After original owner died the place went downhill. Make up safety rules on the fly, then write you up for them without telling you about the new rules first. Laid off loyal employees so they could pay less in wages. Place rebuilt after it burnt down, so may be better now. Hard labor, low pay, long hours, and nepotism when I worked there. Never going back.
