These guys are the best. They had to tear my old porch/deck down and replace it with a brand new floor, railings, support beams, etc. and worked in the below freezing weather just to get the job done. I can't say enough about the work level, the kindness and the response to every thing I threw their way. The communication was good and they cleaned up their tools, etc. every day. If you’re looking for a remodeler, who is reliable and does great work, look no further than Powell. They’ve done so many things for me, i.e., new siding, new deck, an entire basement remodel that included a from-scratch bathroom and kitchen, and shower. As well as a new exterior door in the side of my garage through 12” of concrete. They do what they say they’re going to do and are always very responsive. Dave, Keith, and Kenny, you are the best!

We had some old vinyl siding on our home when we purchased it. It was becoming discolored and was noisy in wind. We called Powell Exteriors KC and went with the James Hardie siding. Used Powell Exteriors for new siding as well as new roof. His bid prices were similar to others that I had estimates from. But were others were giving quotes for vinyl siding and asphalt shingles, Powell's was for better quality Hardee siding as well as for grit coated metal roofing that looks like asphalt shingles. This is way better quality material for the same price. Dave Powell was also a very enjoyable person to work with.
