Full roof removal (2 layers) and installation, new gutters with screens, plus added two solar vent fans. Roof looks great and up sized gutters really make the house pop. Adding two solar fans have made my third story dormer room livable on the hottest summer days. Before fans you could fry eggs on the walls on the hottest days. Very responsive and flexible company to work with. First of all, I want to thank John and his crew for an excellent job. I purchased a 1935 Bungalow house and the roof must have had multiple layers of shingles from years of roof layovers. IBEX Roofing and Solar responded to my request for a quote and John walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. John explained to me the housing code maximum, and that not only were all those layers too much weight for the house but that the leaks wouldn't fully be fixed until rotted wood under the layers was replaced with new plywood. As he talked about the job, it was clear that he knew what he was doing and I immediately felt a confidence that I don't always feel when I need to hire someone to make a major repair. He was able to schedule the work within a couple of weeks according to my schedule. Twelve men tackled the job and they took off the old shingles that were so brittle and rotten that they broke into pieces and replaced them with a beautiful new roof and gutters. They completed the job in three days and the price was reasonable and fair. They were great to work with, always punctual, professional and courteous, and they didn't fall off the roof which was a great relief. I am so happy I chose IBEX Roofing and Solar. I contacted and interviewed 10 roofing company's and learned a lot thru the process. Replacing the roof is a costly investment, and I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly. I was not in a hurry and the majority of the company's I met with became inpatient with me. John, came over to look at the roof due to a small leak we found near a bathroom vent. After looking at the roof and the attic vent he said since it was such a minor leak that could be remedied with a little caulk and a vent boot; there would be no charge for the quick fix. Unbelievable! An honest man and company that did not try to over-charge.
