Would not recommend using Marquee Roofing.Not based on poor quality roofing just professionalism.This was my first weather insurance claim, and it was horrible. Was given a verbal quote on day 1 and seemed like a great price and fit. Received written quote a week later and amount changed by 1k more. Was advised to change a section of gutter and trim by owner of the company and assured it was figured in the quoted price and covered by insurance. After roof was completed, marquee sent another crew for gutter and trim. After first crew left it looked awful. So Marquee sent another crew same deal looked awful. Third time I pretty much just accepted the work. Marquee did handle the insurance process for me which I appreciate. The insurance process was very lengthy. But after everything was finished the bill was much higher then quoted. After negotiating on price and showing the quote I signed. They admitted I was given the wrong quote to sign and given the wrong information by the owner of the company. So all said and done I still had to pay 900.00 extra for labor! It is not my fault it took 3 times for a task! And I would have never agreed to have the gutter done if it wasn’t promised it was covered. I really wanted this to be a better experience. It really ended bad for me, I was able to secure two roof replacements for them. I recommended them to my neighbors in the beginning and they went with Marquee purely on my recommendation, which they had issues as well. Best priced quote with all other companies pressing unnecessary decking replacement. They replaced two sheets and only charged for materials not labor. I had an estimate in September, 2021 and did the work May, 2022 and anticipated an increase given other estimates and exposure to construction material increases. So the new estimate increase was expected and in line with other companies. The replaced the estimate on time, quickly, with quality product without pushing unnecessary repairs and replacements. They cleaned up everything and disposed some bundles of shingles donated to me as a favor. I cannot speak how great my experience was with Marquee Roofing. So impressed with Marquee Roofing!The roofers told us how long it would take and got it done in that time. I came home from work and saw them still working hard to finish the job that day. Just as important to me as quality work is the clean up. They cleaned up all materials, nails and large staples immediately after finishing that same day. Kept me well informed as well. Extremely happy with this roofing company.

I love everything about this company. Chris is an outstanding representative for your company, as well as the five installers who replaced my roof today and they are a very hard working group. We had developed a leak after a bad storm. Our insurance company sent Jeremy from Marquee out to look at the issue and determine what our next step would be. We contacted John Radford at Marquee Roofing, and he went above and beyond to assist us with our insurance claim from some wind/storm damage. Everyone we dealt with at Marquee Roofing was kind and helpful, they went out of their way to explain the process to us and we were able to get our roof permanently repaired instead of just patched up (which was what our insurance adjuster wanted to do). We had a lot of wind damage to our roof. When calling our insurance company, they provided the number for Mark McCoy with Marquee Roofing. Made the initial call and Mark was to our house same day to look at the damage and help protect from further damage. We had a crew of 5 workers that did a wonderful job as a replaced the entire roof on our house and garage. We had a whole roof replacement in mid 2020 by marquee roofing. It’s been 6 months and we are still extremely pleased with the results. They were originally recommended by our insurance agent and i decided to go with them due to them being a local small business with ties to the community. From the first mark up all the way to the follow ups afterwards, we are so happy. We were able to pick an awesome color and they worked with our insurance company to lower our rates going forward. The detail metal work the guys did around my chimney was especially impressive. Always felt like the stress of planning all this was off of us. They scheduled the job for a specific day I needed it to be for my work schedule. They ended up having to do a lot more work due to old damage to our sub roof and still were able to get the job done in one day. Highly recommend.

Honesty isn't always easy to come by, and I happily give five stars to Marquee Roofing. At the recommendation of my homeowners insurance agent, I called Marquee Roofing for a second opinion after another roofer told me my 12-year-old roof was toast and needed a replacement. Chris arrived on time, climbed up on the roof, took photos, and honestly told me that my roof was in fine shape and didn't need replacing -- he laughed and seemed in good spirits, rather than annoyed to come out to my house without providing a bid. When it would have been just as easy to take advantage of a first-time homeowner and say that I needed a costly, unnecessary repair, Marquee Roofing did the right thing, assuaged my fears, and assured me that if they were in my place, they'd leave the roof as is. All of the staff are great, there was no high pressure sales tactics. Most importantly, the roof looks great and they use high quality materials.The installation process went great, except for a minor dent in the gutter. They offered to repair it or replace the gutter at no cost. I asked if they would repair the gutter, I couldn’t notice a difference. Most companies will make mistakes, it’s how they handle them is what matters to me.I will recommend this company, feel free to contact me.

The quote for the new roof was reasonable and they would give me credit for the repairs they had attempted, so I had Marquee replace the roof.
