My husband and I decided to let Bordner Home Improvement install a walk-in shower because of the difficulty he was having getting into the bathtub after hip replacement surgery. From the initial consultation to the completion of the installation, we were very pleased with the customer service, the quality of the product and the overall experience. Damien and Eden were our installers. They were professional, on time and very courteous. They made our basic bathroom luxurious. I can’t really say enough good things about our experience with Bordner. This was a bathroom remodel and not the typical installation. It involved a shower and an additional connecting tub surround. We also refreshed the vanity.Adam, our salesman, was very knowledgeable of the product. He understood our desires for our remodel and came up with solutions. Through the course of our design, he was very flexible when we changed our minds. He was very accessible and made us feel comfortable with choosing Bordner for the work.When the project entered the installation phase Lucas took over as the project manager. He provided a single contact for any question or concerns and was very easy to contact if needed. He was a pleasure to work with and provided solutions when complications were encountered.Robert, our installer, is one of the best craftsmen I have ever had the pleasure to witness. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is truly remarkable. He was able to adapt the installation to fit our situation with ease and precision. The end installation was perfect.

Bordner was great with our window replacement. A large tree came through the front window of our house. From the initial call to assess the damage, through the quoting process and answering all of my questions, to showing up on time and completing the project quickly (and cleaning up EVERYTHING when they were done!). We replaced 2 of our basement windows that were original with the house (70+ years old), and both broken. Jordan did such a great job educating us on options as well as Bordner as a company. I love the family owned aspect. We got them done just in time before winter! They look so great and perform so well! We are excited to finish all the other basement windows with Bordner come spring!

They were very professional and very honest throughout the entire process. Our sales rep, Jordan, that came to give us the quote was great and answered every one one of our questions as thoroughly as he could. The crew, Rubi, that installed the windows was quick, one day for our whole house including clean up. The finishing touches like the caulking are incredible. The clean up was also phenomenal, the only evidence that they were here were the new windows! Our project manager Lucas da Costa came back the next day to make sure we had any questions/concerns addressed before we made final payment. My family worked for a homebuilder years ago that always used Bordner for their roofs, they have been doing excellent work for decades!

Roy and I scheduled six different companies to come out to our home for a bathroom remodel. We soon found out that five various home remodeling companies were not meeting our needs. Bordner was the last one on our schedule. Today Jake B and James V came, they were on time with everything in hand. Bordner was the only company that was willing to meet all of our needs from financing to disability needs. Thank You Jake B and James V for taking the time to help us out. If your looking for a remodeling company (Bordner) is definitely one to look into. Bordner was professional from Mary who scheduled everything to sight Manager Lucas that made sure all work was satisfactory. Our installation guy was Thomas. I'm not gonna lie... I was afraid my bathroom floor tiles might be broken or we would have to do some wall touch up work but this did not happen. Thomas is a professional. Our new bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - Mary, Lucas and especially Thomas. Happy New Year. Their moto is - Let Bordner do it. Bordner employees did a great job of communicating, everything was done in a reasonable amount of time, and everybody was professional. We were kept very well informed of when everything was ordered, when the materials arrived, and when the installers would be out to do the work. They even offered to install earlier but my schedule would not allow it. They ripped out the old tub/shower surround and installed everything new in 2 short days. Shout out to Bordner Home Improvement! Our roof and stone projects are complete and we could not be happier with final results! Our project Managers did a great job of satisfying any concerns we had (Sam/Jose). We weren't here during the roof installation but the project manager, upon our return, was able to remedy anything needing to be addressed and the roof looks great!The stone on the front of the house is a game changer. The installation crew worked efficiently but took their time to place every stone by hand with a vision in mind. These guys are artists. Contract with Bordner Home Improvement was to replace 3 large windows, ~20' high in my living room; it seemed okay, though quite expensive. It states window size, which didn't seem correct to me after the work started because of the large width of 'graphite foam insulation' inserted around all edges of each window. The contract states "no painting will be done" but I was expecting the original trim pieces which were already stained to be reinstalled, and certainly didn't expect to see gaps where the new wider trim doesn’t cover the the entire filled-in gap, as well as drywall and wall paint damage beside the new windows.The new trim is at least 50% wider than the original trim and it doesn’t cover all the old trim marks showing on the drywall so touch-up painting is needed. Nowhere on the contract is it stated that new trim pieces will be used. The salesman didn't tell me that the original window trim pieces would or could be replaced with new trim pieces and that I would be responsible to get the color applied to match the other trim in my condo.When it came time to install the new trim pieces, the workers were going to install unfinished trim on the windows that are about 20-feet high and impossible for me to reach. It was agreed that I could have some time to get the needed coloring applied to them, which was impossible to match on a different type of wood.This is a horrible job and I’m afraid it might affect the resale value of my home! And what will it cost to get all the patching and painting done, and replace the trim that will still be much wider than the rest of it in the house?!? (The original window is the one with the dark metal frame & more gold-colored trim; all others are new windows.)Service: Window installation

My project was attic insulation in my 1950’s ranch style home. Adam from Bordner came out at the scheduled consult time and discussed what I wanted. He did a thorough inspection of the attic space, including measurements and pictures. We discussed pricing and I decided to do the project. Bordner came out on the scheduled day and installed the insulation as I ordered and provided pictures of the finished project. I was happy with the entire experience from initial consult through the installation. Everyone at Bordner was professional, answered all of my questions and completed the project as promised.

We got a new roof. We purchased a code upgrade & better shingles. The new roof looks beautiful. We already had one neighbor ask us about it. The crew came very early & worked steady all day. They did an excellent job including clean up, gutters too. Nails & debris hauled off early the next morning so actually done one day. We had some damage inside around skylight, and they sent a contractor to fix it the day after Super Bowl. All in all I trust Bordner to stand behind their work & not run us in circles. They seem capable ofhow to deal with our insurance company , which is NOT EASY. I recommend this company.

Wow! What amazing Company! All the way from Sales to Craftman. They made a outdated bathroom to a spa bathroom that looks absolutely beautiful. And they stand by what they said. Bordner installed a replacement window for us and it was a great experience. The quality was awesome and the installer was done in half a day. He even removed/repaired a small amount of exterior wood rot did and finished the inside trim very well. The financing was flexible and while we could have found a cheaper window with another company we are extremely satisfied. Looking forward to future replacement windows from Bordner to match!

We worked with Bryan as our sales rep and everything he said they would do the crew did. We didn’t know just how bad of a job the last roof company did until we had Bordner do our new roof. Bryan and the team worked with our insurance company to ensure we got everything we needed to cover the cost of the roof and we couldn’t be happier. The crew worked hard and Sam the crew supervisor came each day to check on the work and did a walk around to ensure we were pleased. Bordner earned our business by being conscientious about our needs and concerns. A roof is an important and significant investment for any house and especially for an old house. Bordner was able to work with the original box gutters and connected us with someone who could repair rather than replace. This allowed us to keep our many rafter tails of our Craftsman home. Bordner described in detail the work they would do and gave us time to get other bids and to verify the approach. Once the work started the project manager was great. He oversaw the details and made changes for an even better end result without driving up cost. He showed us pictures of each step. The team who worked on the roof were great. It was hot and so they worked early and late. They took breaks appropriately in the shade which eased my fears of the humans working so hard in the heat.
