JPA Roofing , Ivan and his team, were professional and provided a very thorough and complete inspection of my roof and gutters. They provided us with detail of our shingle condition and told us our roof was currently in good condition. Although we did not have any weather or hail damage , I would recommend them and give them an opportunity to bid my roof in the future should we need replacement.

Jose and team were so great to work with. I was referred to them by a friend who had used them as well. When we had a leak in the rain he came out immediately had the roof repaired but also noticed we had a lot of hail damage. They replaced our roof. The crew was fast and very careful with putting tarps down to keep nails out of the grass too. Attention to detail was outstanding.

Jose came out the day after I called and took a look at my situation, took pictures and told me the problem was not the roof but my 70+ yr old brick chimney. I needed a company that I could trust to come and fix the mess that the Aspen Roofing Company made of the roof & gutter job to our home some years ago, so I couldn’t afford to make another mistake this time around.I received (4) separate bids to do the work, and was called everything from ‘Hoss’ to ‘Boss’ while they tried to ease the pain of just how quickly they could spend my money for a (2) day job. JPA replaced the roof in 2020. this summer (2023) I had a limb fall a put a hole in the ridge line. Terry came out and assessed the damage and came back to repair the hole. Jose came out to inspect our roof. He was very professional and got up on the roof of our 2 story house. He came down and showed us pictures of the roof. He felt there was not enough damage to warrant a roof replacement. How often do you hear that? He did find an area that was missing three small shingles and took the time to get back upon the roof and fix that area. WOW! I was very impressed with Jose and JPA Roofing. JPA Roofing came to my door offering a free roof inspection. Someone in the neighborhood had hail damage. A roof inspection was on my to do list anyway. They found hail damage, contacted my insurance, helped open a claim and coordinated with the insurance adjuster to assess what they found. My insurance company approved a claim for full roof and gutter/downspout replacement.I did check BBB and other ratings and reviews before moving forward.JPA has consistently been professional and prompt in all aspects of this process. The crew that installed my roof was awesome. They got it done in one day. The gutters guys came out the next day. The project manager then followed up to check that everything was done correctly. There was one spot that I didn't like how the trim was finished. While I was discussing it with the PM, the roof crew Forman called him to say they were on their way to fix something he didn't like how it was done. The trim was fixed within minutes.I waited to leave a review to see if any other issues came up. Today I emailed about a minor issue. The skylight was dirty and noisy. I received a reply an hour later that someone was coming out. Soon after that I got call that he was on his way. My skylight has now been cleaned and sealed, in less than 4hrs from when I emailed. Now that is customer service!

JPA Roofing, particularly Terry did a tremendous job of finding out what the problem was with a leak that was coming from our bedroom closet. He examined the Roof and tried a few things to see if that was the problem and told us to wait till next good rain to see if it still leaks. A week went by then we finally got a good rain and there was still a leak, so Terry came back out went up in the attic to examine a few more things, couldn't see any cause then took some more measurements from the closet, went back on the roof and pinpointed what the problem was precisely that was causing the leak, fixed it and hasn't leaked since! Very diligent work, he was not going to let it beat him, he took the job personal and is a super cool Dude! Definitely would recommend JPA Roofing and ask for Terry!!!!

JOA did several houses’ roofs in our neighborhood. Based on those homeowners’ opinions of the work done, we got a bid from JPA. A long-ish ordeal with one unresponsive employee (no longer working there) and an unavailable but not discontinued shingle replacement (months to resolve) and State Farm pushing back too much, we got this done. I ended up Very happy with JPA Roofing. I like the look, and the new gutters plus covers look great. Time will tell, I would certainly do business with JPA again.
