The team installed several piers and epoxied a few cracks at my house. I strongly believe they fixed a problem that another company didn’t do correctly. This team was efficient and clean with their work. Plus they were friendly and explained the process without making it feel like a hard sell. If future foundation problems occur, I will be using them again.

Their work was done quickly with positive and professional attitudes. Our basement was taking on a little water, it had multiple cracks and a wall was bowed, so KC Quality installed several beams and applied sealant. After they left, we noticed one area that we thought should have been addressed, so they came back to fix it within a few days after we reported it, with no additional charge. Their bid was the best out of three companies. So ya, I would definitely recommend them to a friend...just as two different friends had recommended them to us.

Prior to me purchasing the house I live in kC Quality was brought in to fix the issues with the foundation wall. It had existing beams and needed the brackets replaced. In their quote they provided it stated that all structural restraints are guaranteed for 10 years against movement caused by hydrostatic and lateral pressure. There has been since and when I called them about the issue and the warranty Brock said that their warranty doesn’t cover the braces because there were existing beams. This is bs simply because there quite didn’t distinguish between existing and new. They also didn’t disclose this to me verbally. I was a first time home buyer and they took advantage of me. I’ve recently found out from an honest engineer that I shouldn’t refinish my basement until this wall is fixed. I would not recommend them.

A little over a year ago we utilized this company to perform several standard repairs as recommended by the structural engineer who inspected the home we were in the process of buying. We took a chance on his referral as we were fairly certain someone with his background wouldn't point us in the wrong direction. How I very much I wish I had the opportunity to do that process over. We have since had several companies look at the work (bracing and epoxy injection) only to comment on the poor quality. Just recently, mind you it has been a little over a year, we were able to shake loose and remove one of the I-beams by hand. Not to mention the fact that the bracing at the floor joists consisted of some 2x4's and screws which were expected hold? Further the epoxy work seemed to be completed with very little chiseling out of the old cracks. While it was an unfortunate lesson for us to learn as a result of our ignorance, we now know what to expect for this type of work.
